Excellent reception staff exceptional breakfast great location nice neighbourhood for a main train station neaby, great shopping place, 1,5km to rome historical center, did I mention Excellent Reception staff

Staff was excellent! Location was just OK. Staff gave incorrect directions for a restaurtant recommendation but we understand that it may have just been a language barrier.

Near train station Termini and clean hotel. Small lobby but fast check in and polite staff

Beautiful Hotel and Staff We loved the Breakfast Xlnt service & attention Will definitely come back Gracias

Stayed one night before a flight from Fiumicino. Very easy to get to the the airport from Termini station with lots of bus and train option.

We recently stayed at the Piram Hotel while in Rome. We loved the location. It is a quick walk to the Rome Termini train station, you can also catch the metro here. The convenience of the location of the metro was fantastic. We had tours at the Vatican, the Colosseum, we wanted to see the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. We found it so easy to find our way around via the metro and knowing it was a quick 5 mins walk from our hotel made it perfect. The staff was friendly, our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful! We'd stay here again.

I stayed at the Welcome Piram Hotel in Rome and I am very happy I have chosen this hotel. This hotel is located about three blocks away from the bus and train termine, which is very convenience to travel back and forth the airport and wherever other part of Rome, out state, or abroad you want to go. Beside, the hotel staff, from the front desk, the restaurant to the maid were excellent. Very attentive, friendly and helpful.

Good location for travelers... close to bus stops, train stops, food, etc.

close to Termini station... a lot of restaurants near by and Main Bus stop two blocks away...most attractions are with in 2 miles so convent to walk.

This hotel is very close to the train station, Termini, where you can take off to any other city in Italy. This is a BIG plus. But, the area is dingy, run down, and doesn't match the expectations you will have for it. Overall, it's not bad. But, I expected more based on pictures and reviews.

Hotel as expected. Pleasant experience overall. Breakfast buffet very nice. Room a little warm.Noisy at night if window left open.

We had a wonderful experience. Friendly staff always willing to answer questions and help. Clean room with a safe to store belongings. Just a minute away from the Metro station! Highly Reccommend!

it is a typical small Italian room with a tiny bathroom, there was a lounge chair squeezed in and a cubby hole closet. I got a great deal online, otherwise I would not have stayed there. It was clean and I was there during mild weather, the heating worked fine. It was conveniently located to the termini train station, and metropolitana stops at the termini and Repubblica.

The only thing that could make this hotel a tad bit better was if it had an AC. If you go to Rome in the cooler months you should be fine.

Had a very pleasant stay. This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. It is very convenient for just about whatever we needed to do.

On the whole a positive experience. A small comfortable hotel. No bath or coffee making facilities a drawback. But the positives outweigh the negatives

I stayed here for 1 night. It was close to Roma Termini, 3 blocks away. It was a very easy walk with my luggage. I checked in very quickly. Front desk staff were very accommodating and even provided me with a map of Rome. The bellman took me up to my room and brought my luggage into the room. He showed me all of the amenities of the room. The room was small but enough for me. I had a full bed with comfortable pillows. Bathroom was very nice, just perfect for 1 person. The restaurant's food was fair. Service was quick and the server was very friendly. The room was very quiet- had a great night's sleep. When I checked out the next morning, it took < 2 minutes. I paid for the taxes for the night and was then out of the door, heading back to Roma Termini. Great place to stay for 1 night. Seemed to be walking distance to Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon which on the map was only 0.75 miles away.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Clean room. Quiet except garbage truck collection in the morning.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Welcome Piram Hotel. I'll start with my dislikes, because there are few, but may help you with your decision. First off, (and I'll take partial responsibility for this one) they need a bigger sign outside......with the people standing on the sidewalk, we walked by the place twice before we actually saw the small plaque by the door. It would have helped to have the street number handy, but my GPS got me close enough. Second, if you are staying at the back of the building near the small alley/street that runs behind, you will get a LOT of noice starting just after 6am. We are early birds so it wasn't an issue, but if you like your sleep, this could be really annoying. Lastly, for some reason, the water took forever to heat up in the morning. The second day, I turned on the shower while I was brushing my teeth and it was just about ready when I finished up. Such a terrible waste of water, but I've long since grown out of "cold" showers!! Now for the good stuff. First of all, it really is close to Termini station. I know a lot of places claim to be and actually are not. It shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to walk there......even with luggage in tow. (take the Leonardo express from FCU Airport to Termini Station) It's about 14 euros one way, but is non-stop and takes about 20-25 minutes. Second, it is really close to both A & B Metro lines which makes for quick hops to all the major tourist sites. Third, the hotel was really clean and classy inside. They will hold your luggage for you until check in time, and again when you check out if necessary. The area around the hotel was clean and we felt safe, even at night. The room was clean, the bathrooms were in good working order and not too cramped. The rooms were a good size too......and for Rome, that is not all that common unless you are staying in an American chain hotel.....and still not even a guarantee then. We didn't eat in the area, so I can't comment on nearby restaurants. I will say though, if you go to Rome and do NOT get a gelato from Old Bridge Gelateria, you have missed out. It's near the Vatican......along the wall between St. Peters Square and the Vatican Museum. Huge cones for 2-3 euros, and the flavors are amazing with easily more than a dozen flavors to choose from. Try the Chocolate and/or the Blood Orange. Last trip I had the Fruitti de Bosco, but unfortunately it wasn't available this time. Okay, back to the hotel. Well, to sum it up, we'd definitely stay here again. It's convenient, the price was very competitive. It's rated 3 stars, which is fair, but at the top end of the 3 star range. It's definitely the best bang for the buck in Rome so far!! (p.s.....just realized I only rated the staff a 3.....they are not bad, not overly friendly, but not outright rude either. They just didn't seem to really care either way. Maybe a little too stuffy for a 3 star place)

Staff is not accommodating and appears to not really care if you need something or not. Wanted 2 beds in the room- took 2 days to get it! Not what I call stellar service. Breakfast is ok- very sweet but fresh and tasty. Rooms were ok- smallish but clean.
