We booked this hotel because we needed to be close to the train station. It wasn't as close as we thought. We ignored the review that said it was hard to find. It was really hard to find. Including a map or directions written in English on their web site would be a really good idea. The staff was sweet but rarely around. There is no breakfast room and very little breakfast--a generic croissant, coffee and nothing memorable. We did enjoy the restaurant across the street and the park up the street. Noisy traffic and bright lights on the buildings across street so it's a good idea to request a room on the non street side. The price was right and the security tight.

Very hard bed. Table and 2 kitchen type chairs in room We never saw anyone after we checked in, no office. The phone number we had was never answered. It was a short stay thank God. I have nothing good to say about the trinity BamdB Rome.

I loved how close everything was from here. The free breakfast was great as well as the excellent service from staff. I highly recommend it because its close to the subway too.

Our room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good, staff was accommodating, great restaurant across the street, but this location is oh, so very hard to find. Street numbers are not consistent in this neighborhood, and a large nearby religious building seemed to be the right place for a place called Trinity. We wandered and retraced our steps for far too long and nearly called the booking site (review program won't allow me to use the site name, tee hee!) for help. Please give detailed instructions from the subway stop. A tourist walking from the subway cannot get here with just the street address.

No one was around to greet you & had to ask around just to check in. Rarely saw the staff after checking in. Bed was lumpy & definitely uncomfortably. Could not put in wake-up calls. Would not recommend this Hotel to my Friends. Location & Cost was OK.

I really liked my stay at the Trinity BandB. The location is ideal (close to Manzoni on Metro) for sightseeing in Rome. I found the staff very friendly. Even though I arrived a little late for the breakfast, Adriana (the manager) put together a breakfast for me. For my second night in Rome, they had to move me to a different BandB (Brilli BandB). But the new BandB was just as nice and was very close. I will definitely recommend this BandB to anyone planning to visit Rome. In fact, I will stay there again, if I visit Rome in the future.

For the money it's great, could be 20% cheaper, I think for what it is. Overall good, close to Termini. Some shops near by and restaurants.

Niece ,very convenient ,clean ,staff very friendly

After a little miscommunication at an early check-in, our hostess was very helpful in referring 2 great restaurants for our stay. Also, totally unexpectedly, breakfast was provided earlier than advised to us since we had morning tickets for the Vatican Musuem. Nothing fancy, but the service was very nice and friendly.

The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the all bread breakfast. Otherwise this was a fantastic place to stay. It is located close to the metro, the colloseum, ATM's, and local shopping. The staff is friendly and the B&B is fairly priced. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would use this B&B again if we travel to Rome.

This is not a luxury hotel, but if you are looking for an affordable and convenient place while you explore Rome, then it is great. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and the subway is to blocks away. You can easily walk to the Coliseum from the hotel. For this type of hotel I thought it was a good value. Bathroom was a bit challenging, but again, for the price it was good.

We were stopping in Rome after 2 weeks in Tuscany for just an overnight before flying back to the US. The accommodations at Trinity B&B were pretty standard for this area. The rooms and hallways were very clean, and the staff was there to greet us upon arrival, explain the amenities, give us our keys, etc. In general, though, I do not think I got my money's worth (a total of $170 Euros for one night). That seemed a bit high. My strongest criticism -- and something that I assume could be corrected -- was the "breakfast" that we were served. There was no breakfast room; we were asked to select a time when the breakfast would be delivered to our room. It arrived on time. Included two microwaved croissants (pretty low quality), a stack of what we would call melba toast crackers, 2 small moderately warm cups of coffee, and 2 glasses of juice. Pretty sparse and not real tasty. I would sincerely encourage the owners/staff to improve what they call the "breakfast" part of this bed and breakfast.

Showers are poorly put together, leak. Breakfast just so-so. Neighborhood is a bit on the seedy side. Good restaurant across the street. Staff are friendly.

Our group of 6 (between ages 60-70+) selected this establishment based on so many positive reviews, & for the weekend, the price was good. However, it was rather disappointing. Trinity is on the 2nd floor of an apt. bldg, there is no lobby; there is a small "lift" but you must go up 7 steps to get to it. There are 3 different keys - one for the outer door, one for the Trinity, and one for your room, which was a tad frustrating. The room was spacious, but the bathroom small & in poor condition. Breakfast is brought to your room between 8 & 10, consists of a half cup of coffee, glass of juice, toast, and some sort of pastry. The 2 young girls running the B&B were very pleasant and helpful, it just wasn't what we'd expected, and the location was in a rather run-down area; one nice restaurant within walking distance.

The location doesn`t get any better; the Metro station is 2 minutes by foot, the Colloseum 10 by foot, the Termini station 15 by foot. Get a day pass for the Metro and you save a lot of money and time. The room was kept clean every day, breakfast is served to you in the room at the time you choose, between 8 am and 10:30 am. The staff speaks english and is very helpful. I would return here for sure if I go back to Rome.

The location can't get any better than this. Convenient, safe, and plenty of good restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The staff si friendly and helpful.

Neat, clean and a reasonably priced accommodation in a good location if you are 4+ people. Considering the amount of time we spent in our room it was adequate except for the hot water...or should I say the lack of it. Morning breakfasts were a bit redundant but punctual at our choice of time. Beds were pretty hard but come to find out most in Europe are. Nice to have bag storage free of charge until our departure. Building security was good.

This place is great! It is affordable, and convenient. The room is comfortable with tall ceilings, and a friendly staff.

We stayed for four nights and had a great experience. The staff are friendly. We enjoyed the location. It's close to the Metro, but away from the tourist crowds.

the location was good, walking distance to Mazoni subway. the owner was very nice and helpful!!!!!
