The only thing going for this ' hotel ' is it's location. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights over the New Year period paying € 270 per night for what was classified as a superior room. The first 2 nights we spent in a room on the 2nd floor. The room was ok but having a decent hot shower was impossible due to the lack of water pressure and at times no hot water. When I went to complain there were the people from the room next door complaining about the same issue. The girl at the reception first looked at us as if we were mad and then came up with all sorts of excuses. From having a problem with the boiler to blaming the authorities for lowering the water pressure because of possible terror attacks on the nearby Trevi fountain. On the third night ( after numerous complaints ) we were given another room on the 1st floor. This room ( 106 ) was half the size of the previous room and the window had a great view of another room about a meter away. I complained that this room was not the superior room I paid for. The reply was that yes this is still classified as a superior room and at least you have hot water. How utterly disgusting.
Trevi Roma is a very modern well presented B&B All the Staff from ladies on reception whom nothing is to much trouble to Breakfast maid and Housekeepers are exceptional and very polite and welcoming We stayed in room 102 on the first floor although small it was perfect for us as we only wanted a base Very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean As it was situated at the front of the building it was extremely noisy from people coming in and out the heavy front door and the restaurant below with outside tables just under our window and doors banging until early hours Breakfast was ok but very basic even for continental (theres only so much ham & cheese you can eat ) Trevi b&b was local to all ameneties and sights were all in walking distance Def stay again on returning to Rome
Extraordinary location, next to Fontana di Trevo, is just around the corner. Breakfast enough does not have enough varieties but enough. I loved the room,is very cosy and different. Without elevator, so ask to stay oh the 1St cloro.
Think this was our 5th stay here in last 4 yrs. it’s location is amazing , staff nice but not over friendly, sometimes maybe think it be nice to be remembered for being a regular visitor but it’s no big deal, rooms really comfy and bathrooms really well equipped. Shutters outside and thick curtains keep it dark and most of the street noise away, breakfast also nice lots of homemade cake and fresh breads , also good coffee at breakfast. So we will be back to stay here again. Thank you
Just steps from Trevi fountain, an easy walk to the Pantheon and just about 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. Room did not have a view, it was quite and the breakfast was very good. The hotel staff was able to hook us up with a nice tour group to the Vatican. Would definitely recommend.
We loved the reception and kitchen staff, the room was small but clean and comfortable, close to many highlights of Rome including the Trevi Fountain and super restaurants! But the room we were allocated was right over the front door, the restaurant and cafe below and a late night-life culture there that was not conducive to good sleep for weary travellers. Had we known this we would have booked on the other side of the hotel. Otherwise we enjoyed the location and the general amenities.
Great location just 50 m. from the Trevi Fountain. In walking distance from most of the tourist attractions. The staff is very nice and helpfull. The rooms are nice and very clean. The hotel is placed top on a very good restaurant.
We visited Trevi B&B the first week in September. the B&B was very clean and fresh looking, the staff were helpful and friendly, we got there abit to early for check in but the receptionist told us to place our bags in the breakfast area and help ourselves to something to eat if needed. the room was clean, Tv only has one English channel but hey who goes to Rome to watch TV!! shower was lush it had two heads so that was good. we had clean towels everyday the beds made and we also asked for extra pillows which were there when we come back. breakfast was nice, clean fresh.staff would come over to ask if you would like a coffee / hot drink. The hotel is literally 6 shops down to the fountain and had a nice restaurant/coffee shop outside. overall i could not fault the hotel and would stay and recommend to anyone who wishes to visit beautiful Rome!
The location was perfect, so close to centre of the city and public transportation stop. The staff was super nice with me and my mom. Breakfast was perfect and delicious. Every day the room was cleaned and the hotel is super secure. You have supermarket, restaurants, ice cream shop and everything you need to enjoy Rome.
We couldn't have found a nicer place and accommodation on the last leg of our journey in Rome than the Trevi B&B. Great location to the Trevi fountain and all the little bistros and shops. It was not our first time in Rome but would most definitely go back to this B&B. Professional, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and good breakfasts.
