We stayed here last week for 5 nights and I cannot say anything negative about this hotel. The location is excellent, we were around 30 seconds walk from the Trevi Fountain and about 7 minutes from the Pantheon. The closest metro station is Barberini which is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel and gives you easy access to the other main tourist places such as The Vatican. Our room was number 108 which is at the back of the hotel and there was zero noise from outside. It was comfortable with a nice big bathroom and shower and the WiFi was excellent. There was no view from the window which had the blinds closed 24/7 but then again, we were not staying there to sit and look out of our bedroom window. For a city centre hotel, the price was great and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and we will use it again when we are next in Rome. Fantastic!

No complaints about this accommodation or it’s location! Good breakfast, small but clean room and great shower! The staff are all very helpful and very pleasant. Only downside is if you have mobility issues as there is no lift. I would book here again.

Booked this beautiful b&b after reading reviews on TripAdvisor. We were not disappointed! Perfect location. Beautiful building with lots of character. Rooms are roomy for a b&b with modern clean bathrroms. Friendly staff. Breakfast variety, cereal, toast, yoghurt, fruit, croissants, meats & cheese, choice of cake. Fruit juices, teas & coffee. Would definitely stay again & recommend.

Property: - Excellent location, It's Less than a 1 min walk from trevi fountain - Place is bustling with restaurants and stores, it is close to shopping places as well - Small yet modern property - Cleanliness is good - Staff demeanor is very good, warm without being over intrusive - All of them speak English. Room: - Rooms are small in size - There isn't a wardrobe or place to keep your suit case. - Wooden ceiling looks good. Bathroom - Modern and feels like from a higher category of hotels. - Sufficiently Spacious Good bits: - Rooms are cleaned on daily basis - Toiletries are well stacked, including slippers - Safe in room Bad bits - Eating not allowed in room - No tea coffee maker - Reception closed from 9pm to 7 am - No lift Our experience: - Room insulation is poor, we could hear our neighbors using the tap, shower - bed made noises. - We did not find any outside noise, perhaps cos our room wasn't facing the main street - Basic breakfast Conclusion: This is like a make or break type of place. If you desire a clean place with good service and if location is a priority then this place hits the sweet spot. However, It has its shortcomings like small room, eating in room prohibited and lack of sound proofing and it can be a deal breaker.

The only thing going for this ' hotel ' is it's location. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights over the New Year period paying € 270 per night for what was classified as a superior room. The first 2 nights we spent in a room on the 2nd floor. The room was ok but having a decent hot shower was impossible due to the lack of water pressure and at times no hot water. When I went to complain there were the people from the room next door complaining about the same issue. The girl at the reception first looked at us as if we were mad and then came up with all sorts of excuses. From having a problem with the boiler to blaming the authorities for lowering the water pressure because of possible terror attacks on the nearby Trevi fountain. On the third night ( after numerous complaints ) we were given another room on the 1st floor. This room ( 106 ) was half the size of the previous room and the window had a great view of another room about a meter away. I complained that this room was not the superior room I paid for. The reply was that yes this is still classified as a superior room and at least you have hot water. How utterly disgusting.

Trevi Roma is a very modern well presented B&B All the Staff from ladies on reception whom nothing is to much trouble to Breakfast maid and Housekeepers are exceptional and very polite and welcoming We stayed in room 102 on the first floor although small it was perfect for us as we only wanted a base Very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean As it was situated at the front of the building it was extremely noisy from people coming in and out the heavy front door and the restaurant below with outside tables just under our window and doors banging until early hours Breakfast was ok but very basic even for continental (theres only so much ham & cheese you can eat ) Trevi b&b was local to all ameneties and sights were all in walking distance Def stay again on returning to Rome

Extraordinary location, next to Fontana di Trevo, is just around the corner. Breakfast enough does not have enough varieties but enough. I loved the room,is very cosy and different. Without elevator, so ask to stay oh the 1St cloro.

Think this was our 5th stay here in last 4 yrs. it’s location is amazing , staff nice but not over friendly, sometimes maybe think it be nice to be remembered for being a regular visitor but it’s no big deal, rooms really comfy and bathrooms really well equipped. Shutters outside and thick curtains keep it dark and most of the street noise away, breakfast also nice lots of homemade cake and fresh breads , also good coffee at breakfast. So we will be back to stay here again. Thank you

Just steps from Trevi fountain, an easy walk to the Pantheon and just about 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. Room did not have a view, it was quite and the breakfast was very good. The hotel staff was able to hook us up with a nice tour group to the Vatican. Would definitely recommend.

We loved the reception and kitchen staff, the room was small but clean and comfortable, close to many highlights of Rome including the Trevi Fountain and super restaurants! But the room we were allocated was right over the front door, the restaurant and cafe below and a late night-life culture there that was not conducive to good sleep for weary travellers. Had we known this we would have booked on the other side of the hotel. Otherwise we enjoyed the location and the general amenities.
