Great location, warm, knowledgeable and attentive staff, perfect rooftop bar, Michelin star restaurant, attention to detail, amazing art thru out the property, quiet but accessible location and the price is right.
Don't let the side street location fool you...the experience starts as you enter the door. Friendly greetings, warm washcloths yo clean your hands, and a glass of bubbly if you choose. Waliking distance yo the popular sites. Everyone was helpful, I will definitely return for a longer stay.
What a pleasant experience from check in to check out. We were made to feel as though we were the only guests they had staying there. From the very moment we arrived, we were greeted, brought into their check in desk, which was a real desk with a comfy couch, and we were promptly offered a glass of Prosecco, or anything else. We opted for the Prosecco and it was lovely. Annabella was the one who checked us in and showed us around. She was delightful and accommodating. An exquisite professional. Our room was a suite on the 3rd floor. It was a corner room with a very nice entry way, a very large bathroom with a double vanity, shower, tub, bidet and toilet. There was a seating room (living room) with a desk, minibar, Nespresso machine and television. The bedroom was spacious, with a big walk in closet. We were overwhelmed. We've never had such spacious accommodations in Europe. We had a balcony and the surrounding buildings were pleasant to look at. There was a lot of trees for being such a dense area. Upon arriving in our room, we had noticed that they had a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates waiting for us. A nice note accompanied it welcoming us to the hotel. The whole place is filled with amazing pieces of art. We were impressed with everything we saw. The rooftop bar and restaurant has one of the nicest views in the city. Borghese Gardens to one side, Duomos in the distance. The rooftops and buildings had a beautiful peach color with the sunsets. We enjoyed having drinks and watching the sunset. Our Bartender, Allesandro, was a gifted mixologist. Ive included his take on the Moscow Mule in my pictures below. The nuts and bolts. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We slept so sound. We don't even sleep that good at home. The pillows were perfect, the turndown service was a nice surprise and the bathrooms are well stocked. You can't beat the location of this hotel. Steps from the Piazza de Popolo and some of the best shopping in Rome, you won't be disappointed. You're also just a couple of minutes from Borghese Gardens. 15 minute walk to the Spanish Steps and 20 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel and would recommend any and everyone to stay there if they're looking for exceptional accommodations in Rome.
Check in was excellent. Jabir was very helpful and informative with setting up our daily activities and dinner reservations. Our room was not ready but he was thoughtful enough and offered us a complimentary upgade. All staff members were pleasant, courteous, and helpful. We also enjoyed the artworks n the hotel our room. Will recommend to our friends and travel agent.
The hotel was exceptional. The location is just great, walking distance to almost everything. The quality of the room including the bathroom was excellent and the breakfast was perfect. There is also a Michelin restaurant but this was booked out when we were there.
This hotel is very nice. Rooftop restaurant and view is wonderful. The room was spacious and clean. Wonderful tall ceilings in our room which was situated above the hotel entry. It was quiet and comfortable. Staff was superb.
The hotel decoration had very little artistic interest and seemed more like standard hotel stuff. So much for a Luxury Art Hotel.. The the jacuzzi suite we had was nice but very expensive for a small room with very little amenities.
to stay at this hotel in perhaps the greatest city in the world is beyond words ithe hotel is as beautiful as Rome itself in a very modern way. a staff that has no equals is surely an understatement. a concierge almost like a personal assistant so knowledgeable that no box was left unchecked we would and will highly recommend the first hotel to any and all travelling to Rome frp
We booked this hotel based on excellent reviews we had read and were not disappointed. The hotel is located in a little side street but right in the heart of the city and so close to all the main attractions. So much so that we walked everywhere during our 4 night stay. The hotel itself is relatively small - less than 30 rooms. The staff are so helpful and at check-in the care and attention was exceptional including the time taken to talk you through recommendations for your stay and to show you around the hotel. There are 2 lovely restaurants to choose from although we didn't try them only because we were out and about so much. Our room was lovely, very tastefully decorated and clean, spacious and comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel for those who want a peaceful stay in a great location and in very comfortable suroundings.
This was our honeymoon, so we had saved hard to stay somewhere very special. However, we were treated like second class citizens! €350 taken as deposit! Breakfast was €30! PER PERSON PER DAY! Contact lenses thrown in bin by cleaners, eventually compensated but after asking twice. For the money, there are nicer hotels!
