Spacious and bright apartment with 3 double bedrooms, perfect for a group of 6 people. It has two bathrooms with a bidet and shower, one of them inside the room. It also has a perfectly equipped kitchen-dining room, WIFI, A/C, washer-dryer. It is decorated with photos of iconic examples of street art in Rome. It is located on the first floor with an elevator.
It is very close to the Tiburtina train/metro station (line B) from where you can access the Colosseum, or the Circo Massimo.

It was perfect for our family of 5. The directions to the apartment were very specific and the doorman was helpful showing us exactly where to go when we got there. It was a pleasant walk to the metro that could connect to get you to the main locations in Rome. Uber and taxi found the location easily as well.

Logement bien situé à 200 mètres de la station de métro. Quintiliani, direct gare centrale 12mn. Quartier calme vivant en bas de la rue et en pleine transformation. Ne pas se fier aux photos de google earth si elles ont deux ou 3 ans. Le futur stade de 50 000 places de la Roma prévu en2027? Semble avoir boosté la rénovation du quartier.Les restaurants du bas de la rue présentent un bon rapport qualité prix et sont très fréquentés le dimanche soir.Le Paradis des fruits dans la rue à droite est un très bon rapport qualité prix.Encore plus bas la pâtisserie Monaco est assez tentante.Petit supermarché juste après sur la gauche.Reste encore à améliorer le paysage autour de la station de métro, station posée au milieu de nulle part, mais proche et avec ascenseurs sur les 2 niveaux.Bon logement, idéal pour deux couples qui veulent leur indépendance.
