Fantastic Weekend Stay

The apartment was a perfect location for me and my teenage daughter to spend 5 days in Rome. It is well located but far enough away from the touristy areas to allow for rest and relaxation when necessary.

Vatican Around the corner

This was our third place we stayed at in Rome. Of the three this was the best. The place itself was large enough for us to relax. The kitchen was basic as was the living room and bedroom. It is on the second floor and has a view of the river. It has a small elevator but enough to bring up our luggage. The windows are double pane which blocked the traffic noise. It is located in area with easy access to restaurants, walking, shopping, and sights. The Vatican cathedral and Sistine Chapel are a must see. They are a 20 minute walking distance.

Quiet river view apartment

Francesca was an outstanding host! She kindly arranged for a car to pick us up at the airport, her manager Leandro met us at the apartment and showed us around plus giving restaurant recommendations. Even though the apartment is centrally located and overlooks the Tiber River, it is amazingly quiet! Very clean, with everything we needed, and an excellent respite from hot and crowded Rome in the summer. Highly recommended.

Bathroom is very small. Kitchen is not fully equipped to make a meal. Washer was not working and we had our clothes locked in the washer. We were given limited supplies...2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 people for 5 days. You have to get your our supplies like hand soap, dish soap, paper towels etc. I'm awake that this is not a hotel and it ain't 5 stars accommodating, but considering what a paid I would think that the above supplies would be supplied for or at least the leftovers from previous tenants.

Great view and perfect location

We booked this property because it was close to many attractions. Everything is about a 20 min walk or close to transit stops. An amazing view of the city and feels like you’re a resident of Rome.
