Super nice, small hotel on Via Veneto. It occupies the second floor in a building. Lovely stores and restaurants are in walking distance. Our room was very clean and comfortable.I really loved having the light breakfast delivered every morning to our room. The location is good and is just up the street from the Excelsior, where my parents met during World War II. Our room faced Via Veneto and the light from the hotel sign shined into our room for a few hours each night. Tip: Be sure to have cash when you check out because you will need to pay the nightly tax in cash.
A very good place for a short stay, clean and cozy few number of rooms. Wifi was good together with a desktop inside the room. Very good location, close to a main Metro Station. yes it is not the typical hotel with main lobby, it is ore like a serviced apartment.
It's a great bed and breakfast art boutique hotel. The staff it was very kind and hospitable, our room it was always clean and the breakfast it was delicious.. you must visit this place for sure! Thanks, everything it's perfect 😊😊
Right on the Via Veneto near hotels, restaurants and the Embassy. Very convenient for travel by bus and the subway is a 10 minute walk. Safe area. Small, one floor hotel in a building. Has a small lift for you to use with your luggage, then we mostly walked up and down the one flight to the hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Large room with nice bathroom and shower. Clean. Light breakfast served direct to our room as early as 7:30 am. Bed was firm and the A/C worked well. Quiet building.
Staff: Awesome Location: Awesome Hotel: Very nice, clean and in a cool building So why three stars? Bed was as hard as a rock. I really did not sleep very well. But everyone was so nice I feel really bad for not giving them 4 stars...
...though it is not really a hotel but rather several apartments. But it certainly is a great place: The rooms are very modern, clean, have a nice bathroom and good beds. The breakfast is served in the room. If you like to experience a city on foot as we do, the hotel is well situated. 5-10min to the Spanish steps, Colosseum 25min, Vatican 30min. So we did all the sightseeing on foot. As some guests before us had there passport stolen in the city, they had to stay another night and we had to switch hotels for the first night. Bad luck for us, but it's good to know the hotel takes care of their guests. Residenza A booked us a hotel around the corner which was very nice as well, so we really cannot complain. Last but not least: very nice staff. Always happy to help, every restaurant they recommended was great. Will definitely come back when in Rome!
We recently visited Rome and stayed at the Residenza A. We could not have been more pleased with the room, service and location. The front desk was very friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions and directions. We HIGHLY recommend to anyone planning a visit to Rome!
My husband and I just spent 8 days at the Residenza A and it was perfect for us. The concierges Dany, Fabrizio, and another fellow were very friendly, available, and helpful. They helped us book a tour to the coliseum, locate good restaurants, make dinner reservations, get a limousine service to and from the airport (same price as a taxi), etc. I've actually never needed a concierge's help so much, and they were wonderful! The room was fairly small, but very clean and sleekly furnished with nice art on the walls. The bed was big and comfortable (nice and firm), pillows perfect, and we slept like babies. The bathroom was modern, with a bidet and nice big shower. A window from our bedroom opened onto the inner courtyard, and there was a good heating/AC system in the room. There is no dining room, so breakfast was brought to our room every morning by one of the two nice chambermaids at whatever time we had specified the day before: cappuccino, yogurt, croissants/bread/butter/jam. That was a treat. I'll confess that we actually went back to bed again after breakfast a couple of times ... so relaxing! The chambermaids also did a great job cleaning and replacing towels every day. The location of the hotel is great: right by the Borghese Gardens, but also just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc. And restaurants, cafes, and shops right at your feet. We had a great stay in Rome and Residenza A was part of that. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thank you!
I chose this hotel because we travelled with two children ( 12 and 2 years old) so we needed not only a hotel with a nice room for a family but with good location for children. And we weren't disappointed. The hotel is situated two minutes from Villa Borghese, there are zoo, playgrounds, big green territory, so our younger daughter had a fine time there after boring for her going sightseeing. Besides, it is not far from the Spanish steps, so you can go some sightseeing and shopping by foot. Near the hotel there is a busstop of sightseeing bus( sorry to say I don't remember its name). The hotel itself has a rather comfortable room for a family with two children. It is really very clean, good furnished and equipped but not of a big size. I should mention a very good quality of toiletries. The staff of the hotel is perfect: very friendly and always ready to help. The really uncomfortable moment is the absence of a separate room for breakfast and we were served our breakfast right in our room, the room is too small for it. The breakfast itself is also rather poor. But on the whole the price is very-very reasonable. So I recommend.
I booked this so called boutique hotel on Booking.com as it showed high rating; however, when I got there I was very disappointed . The place is located on the first floor of an office building; it has 7 rooms . No service or facilities available . No coffee or even complementary water was offered. For breakfast I was sent to next door hotel. The first night my air conditioning leaked the whole night after I turned it off; there is no one in the premises to help. The provide the name of the staff with their mobile number to call when needed - that's it. On top it all, they charged me 250 euro per night; I checked the neighbour hotels that ARE HOTELs they were cheaper than this place. Total misrepresentation!
