Stayed for a week with girlfriend on our visit to Rome and nothing to complain about! :) Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast, room cleaned well every day. Location is good as we walked to most places :) Highly recommended
Boutique hotels, this was my first time using such facilities to stay for five nights. - Location: Prime location in Rome, walking distance to the American Embassy and right above a Rolex dealer! Although it is not right in the heart of the old town or across the street from a train station, Rome is a walking city anyway. You have to get used to it. Fifteen minutes to the Spanish Steps and seven minutes to the subway, I call it fine considering you do not deal with narrow alleys in downtown and 24/7 tourist passersby. - Staff: - The facility runs by one person from early morning up to 10:30 PM. Morning time one housekeeper take care of the only seven room this "Boutique Hotel" has. - Obviously, due to the limitations, there are no two equal rooms amongst the seven rooms here. Some rooms are looking towards the courtyard that not suggested since all the AC units are there and you are on the second floor of the building. Those overlooking Via Veneto get some traffic noise that won't hurt with the window closed. If the neon lighting behind the window hurts you, it can be conveniently switched off from the outer frame of the window. The bathroom is a good size in our XL room (Room named alphabetically) and well equipped. Water pressure in the shower was adequate, lighting is fine, closets are enough.
Super nice, small hotel on Via Veneto. It occupies the second floor in a building. Lovely stores and restaurants are in walking distance. Our room was very clean and comfortable.I really loved having the light breakfast delivered every morning to our room. The location is good and is just up the street from the Excelsior, where my parents met during World War II. Our room faced Via Veneto and the light from the hotel sign shined into our room for a few hours each night. Tip: Be sure to have cash when you check out because you will need to pay the nightly tax in cash.
A very good place for a short stay, clean and cozy few number of rooms. Wifi was good together with a desktop inside the room. Very good location, close to a main Metro Station. yes it is not the typical hotel with main lobby, it is ore like a serviced apartment.
It's a great bed and breakfast art boutique hotel. The staff it was very kind and hospitable, our room it was always clean and the breakfast it was delicious.. you must visit this place for sure! Thanks, everything it's perfect 😊😊
Right on the Via Veneto near hotels, restaurants and the Embassy. Very convenient for travel by bus and the subway is a 10 minute walk. Safe area. Small, one floor hotel in a building. Has a small lift for you to use with your luggage, then we mostly walked up and down the one flight to the hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Large room with nice bathroom and shower. Clean. Light breakfast served direct to our room as early as 7:30 am. Bed was firm and the A/C worked well. Quiet building.
Staff: Awesome Location: Awesome Hotel: Very nice, clean and in a cool building So why three stars? Bed was as hard as a rock. I really did not sleep very well. But everyone was so nice I feel really bad for not giving them 4 stars...
...though it is not really a hotel but rather several apartments. But it certainly is a great place: The rooms are very modern, clean, have a nice bathroom and good beds. The breakfast is served in the room. If you like to experience a city on foot as we do, the hotel is well situated. 5-10min to the Spanish steps, Colosseum 25min, Vatican 30min. So we did all the sightseeing on foot. As some guests before us had there passport stolen in the city, they had to stay another night and we had to switch hotels for the first night. Bad luck for us, but it's good to know the hotel takes care of their guests. Residenza A booked us a hotel around the corner which was very nice as well, so we really cannot complain. Last but not least: very nice staff. Always happy to help, every restaurant they recommended was great. Will definitely come back when in Rome!
We recently visited Rome and stayed at the Residenza A. We could not have been more pleased with the room, service and location. The front desk was very friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions and directions. We HIGHLY recommend to anyone planning a visit to Rome!
My husband and I just spent 8 days at the Residenza A and it was perfect for us. The concierges Dany, Fabrizio, and another fellow were very friendly, available, and helpful. They helped us book a tour to the coliseum, locate good restaurants, make dinner reservations, get a limousine service to and from the airport (same price as a taxi), etc. I've actually never needed a concierge's help so much, and they were wonderful! The room was fairly small, but very clean and sleekly furnished with nice art on the walls. The bed was big and comfortable (nice and firm), pillows perfect, and we slept like babies. The bathroom was modern, with a bidet and nice big shower. A window from our bedroom opened onto the inner courtyard, and there was a good heating/AC system in the room. There is no dining room, so breakfast was brought to our room every morning by one of the two nice chambermaids at whatever time we had specified the day before: cappuccino, yogurt, croissants/bread/butter/jam. That was a treat. I'll confess that we actually went back to bed again after breakfast a couple of times ... so relaxing! The chambermaids also did a great job cleaning and replacing towels every day. The location of the hotel is great: right by the Borghese Gardens, but also just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc. And restaurants, cafes, and shops right at your feet. We had a great stay in Rome and Residenza A was part of that. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thank you!
