Superb location 4 minutes walk from the Piazza Navona. The staff couldn't be more helpful - the proprietor didn't just direct us to the nearby taxi stand, he took us there dragging our heaviest suitcase himself. I consider that service going above and beyond. Rooms are slightly smaller than the photos suggest - a fish eye lens was used. Furnishings are modern and comfortable. There was a fully stocked kitchen. Air conditioning was fairly good. The shower was small, you could just about turnaround in it. But it was functional and all new fixtures. Be aware the location requires walking 2 minutes from any taxi drop off point. There's a grocery store 2 minutes walk away. But what really wins here is the location - 2 minutes from the many amazing sidewalk restaurants of the Piazza Navona. You are in the center of everything. There is an elevator - it's super slow and incredibly hot as it's all glass. But it looks very up to date and served its purpose.
The hotel presents itself as hotel apartments but it is a hotel. That wasn't a problem for us as we only chose it for the location. If we were after an actual hotel apartment, I would have been disappointed. No laundry and cracked ceramic hobs with very limited kitchen equipment. No breakfast. Anyway, we used it as a hotel. Very friendly staff, very clean, amazing location. Beautiful decor. Can't stress the location, absolutely fantastic. Our room, 251, was quite small. Kept hitting our ancles on the bed corners to squeeze around the place. The shower is miniscule. We can hear other guests a lot, sound proofing needs to be improved. Mum was in a larger room which seemed much nicer. It was on the 3rd floor and had 2 amazing roof top terraces. No ironing board, no kettle. Other than that, like I said a great base to stay. Clean comfortable bed located close to everything. Would return.
We are a family of 4 with children of 7 and 9. This apartment was perfect we had 131 with a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Loads of space even with the sofa bad out. Shops and restaurants right outside the door. Very helpful staff and pick up at airport highly recommended. Our apt had 16th century frescoes and other lovely touches. Fear this may have spoiled us at the beginning of a 4 week holiday ..., Location. So central we never used the bus walked to everything.
Highlights of Navona 1. Location - easy walk to everywhere you want to go in Roma plus one of the best gelato shops in the city 2. There is a lift ! Don't underestimate how rare but amazing this is 3. Kitchenette - great for making a coffee/tea/or even a meal if you get over eating out (which does happen !) The staff at Navona were amazing, making our stay so comfortable and easy. Special mention to Daiana who was so welcoming and made the whole experience extra special. Thank you again for a perfect Roman holiday !!
Lovely apartment, perfect for 2, a little small for 4, but manageable and a small compromise for the excellent location close to Piazza Navona. Super friendly and helpful couldn't fault them and a lovely welcome, considering the time we arrived. They helped organise transportation from the airport at a very reasonable cost. Beautiful foyer and interiors full of art. Would highly recommend to all. Only minor downfall was my teenage girls had a sofa bed which was a little uncomfortable, just in need of an upgrade.
We stayed here for 3 nights on 20th March. The location is brill, it's a few minutes from piazza navona. The accommodation is in an old building down a quiet cobble street, the decor inside is very modern and up to date too. The rooms have a kitchenette with sink and fridge. It was very spacious. They had a lift too which was good when we had all out baggage. I would definitely recommend here to anyone visiting Rome.
Excellent location for a short stay in Rome. We spent the day touring the city but always came back to the nearby, beautiful Piazza Navona for dinner in one of the many very good restaurants there. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the first floor. The apartment had all the expected facilities and it was cleaned daily, just like a hotel room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Clean, centrally located and friendly porter at the desk. This was certainly a great place to stay in Rome. You could walk from here to every spot you want to visit and best of all: clean and quite (great for sleeping)!
This property has a great location, very close to the Piazza Navona and Panthenon. We also walked to the Vatican and the Forum from here (we are good walkers but this property is exceptionally well-situated). Reception has limited hours so one has to key in at night but the area is very safe, I never felt uneasy at night and I was a mom traveling alone with a child on this trip. The staff was friendly and they offer a car service to and from airport which was worth it. I would stay here again and recommend to friends. There was some mold in odd corners of the bathroom (like around high window) but in general property was very clean.
Second time in this apartment, again we really loved it! We stayed for one week in room 372, at the upper floor with two terraces, one is in the sun during the afternoon, really lovely! Location is two minute walk from piazza navona, we walked everything from colloseum to piazza poppolo, no problem at all! We had a separate bedroom and one sofabed in the living room. Very clean apartment, daily cleaning service and new towels. Kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom is not very spacious, but again very clean and everything you need! Quitely situated so no noise from the streets! Nice service of the staff, always friendly. You can book a transfer from the airport, which is also very good. We come again when in Rome!
