The check in process was easy but had some trouble figuring out the electric lock. Also a little confusing that there is a key for the apartment door but you cannot use the key with the electronic lock in place. The place was up several flights of stairs. There is a small elevator that held 2-3 people. The apartment was clean and the a/c worked well. It was the perfect location with Spanish steps and trevi fountain nearby and many other sights just a short walk. We would definitely stay here again

The apartment was spacious but it was not clean.. sponge in kitchen was dirty and not changed..carpet in bedroom and floors dirty There was an iron but no where to iron There was a taxi stand near by and commuting by train was also only a 5 minute walk

A lovely Stay

The property was in a great location. Easy access to main attractions. Had a lift as it was on the fourth level. Location was a little noisy, but this is a Rome issue. It seems the city never sleeps. Even though it had a kitchen, we decided to eat out all the time. Lots of room and clean. We stayed there in the first week of June. The place was very comfortable.

Large, comfortable & clean place. Walkable to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain & Pantheon. Nice supermarket around the corner & a Mall down the street. Kitchen very small but functional, no dishwasher. Nice washroom, no bathroom fan. We appreciated watching Netflix on TV during downtime.

Fabulous spacious apartment within a 2 minute of Piazza di Spagna. The building and apartment are characteristic of Rome. 2 large bedrooms - suitable for 4 adults Small bathroom and kitchen, but with all the dining options we didn’t bother cooking. Communication with the owner was a bit sketchy to start but all e fed well.
