Hotel is within walking distance to a lot of famous attractions like Rome Termini train station, Colosseum, Palatine hill ...Right in front of the hotel is a bus stop for several lines that take you all over Rome. Room is tastefully designed and pretty good size for Rome. Hotel staffs are very helpful from front desk to concierge...they go out of their way to help you....

the hotel was okay, definitely not luxury. the location is somewhat convenient for walking to historical sites during the day. however, there is not much to do in the area at night. i would not stay at this hotel ever again because i booked the room for two nights at orbitz and the hotel told me that they did not receive the reservation. however, i just returned from my trip and i see that both the hotel and orbitz charged me for the trip. also, the hotel gave me the smallest room on the floor with absolutely no view. the room felt like a tiny closet. also, the bathroom flooded and the hotel took half a day to attend to this.

We loved the room but it is not a five star. It looks great when you walk in due to the funky design. However the room got very hot and wouldn't cool down and the bathroom was not functional at all. The shower curtain wouldnt close and soaked the floors. The tv reception was fuzzy and had only 6 channels (1 french, 2 English, 1 portuguese, 2 Italian). However, if you want a well priced, nice hotel in a great location then this is a good choice. It's not a 5 star, but doesn't charge like one either. The friendly staff were excellent.

Staff were very polite and helpful Staff were not very open about travel options to Fiumicino Airport - clearly they are encouraged to offer the (expensive) limo option. Jazz was advertised as being on when it wasn't. Convenient location for A line metro and Termini station. It is 'gloss' but not a luxury hotel in US terms.

The hotel is nice and staff was ok. We had a problem with the room. the room had no outside view - view on the internal stair - not really good - and the room was very hot (AC was not working) and the staff did not want to change us except if we pay an extra. Not really fair.

The hotel and room was spotless and the staff was very nice. The room and bathroom were very small and the window faced and inside fire escape BUT we felt it was reasonable for the price we paid and felt comfortable and safe there. The breakfast (included) was really great with plenty to eat and delicious fresh fruit, juices, pastries, cereals, scambled eggs, etc. The location couldn't be beat and if we are blessed enough to make another trip to Rome, we would stay there again.

Central location - walking distance to all major sites. I don't think the hotel is a 5 star hotel (maybe 4 star), but it's modern and seems very new. My experience with the staff was mixed - some were very helpful and pleasant, some seemed annoyed if we made a request or had questions. Evening doorman Joseph was the absolute best! Like a personal concierge - made dinner reservations at the best local places for us every night. All we did was tell him what time we wanted to go and didn't have to think about it. We are foodies and all his "picks" exceeded our expectations!

The location wAs great walking distance from the train station . The room was too small, the hotel is too modern the bathroom door is glass see through and no lock not very private. Definetly not a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is in a very good shape, excellent located, with a gorgeous view from the roof terrace, but above all, the entire staff, from Joseph-the doorman, who by the way , should handle the PR department for his excellent impact on all guests, fluent in English, French, Italian and arabic, being half french and half lebanese, up to the house cleaning, reception, belly boys, all , were very friendly, helpfull and providing excellent services.I was highly impress and due to the entire personell, and even if the breakfast was quite poor in choices for a five star hotel, I will never hesitate to choose it each time I will be in Rome!

It was very close to the center of Rome. I would say it does not look like a 5 stars hotel but rather 4. Nice and friendly staff. Typical italian hotel with small rooms but clean and moderm.

The location was excellent for exploring Rome. The hotel staff were extremely helpful. Although under no obligation to do so, they provided early check-in since we arrived in the morning. Shopping and dining were abundant right outside the door.

Honeymoon trip. Very nice staff. Excellent location. Great base for sightseeing. Extremely clean.
