The room was nice and big. it was clean. The front desk had to be asked a few times before we got what we asked (towels etc..) The AC was not working most of the time, with different excuse every time one time it was malfunction, the next day " it was to cold outside to turn on the AC " said the font desk. So if AC is at your top of requirement don't count on it.

The room itself was decent. I don't know who determines the rating of the hotel, 4 star vs 3 star, but it's probably closer to a 3 star than a 4 star. Unfortunately, it's hard to gauge since the standards in Europe might not be the same as the US. The location of the hotel was a bit far from all of the action and transportation. It's about a 20 minute walk to Roma Termini. If you're carrying bags, you might want to take a bus or take a cab. Keep in mind that cabs will charge an extra Euro per bag on top of the roughly 11 Euro fare, so if you have many bags, you might take the bus instead, which is 1.5 Euro per person (no extra charge for the bags). Service is fair for Italian standards. Not too great but not bad either. The included breakfast was very good. If you're a coffee drinker, don't forget to order a cappuccino. The service there wasn't the greatest, but the food selection and quality was excellent.

We needed a hotel at midnight because we had an issue with our Airbnb. Booked this hotel online, and they accommodated us in the 20 minutes it took to get there! Amazing. We arrived and had rooms ready and were very impressed with the quality of the rooms for the price!

Hotel is well placed and in a quiet neighborhood where it is easy to run in the park in the morning. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful

our rooms did not have paper tissues for 8days. no movies on demand. no coffee maker no iron and ironing board front desk staff were very serious...no smiles. front desk staff did not know how to help us connect to yahoo.com

Its a lovely hotel in the center of Rome. The staff are very polite and helpful. They answered my questions about transporation,, museums and location of necessities, like the nearest ATM. The breakfast included lots of fresh fruit, ham and cheese as well as the usual coffee, tea, juice and breads provided by most european hotels.

Close to very good restaurant, however 10-15 min walk from Metro station. Rooms were very clean and comfy. Staff was really helpful

We stayed in this hotel for total of 5 nights. Very nice hotel with English speaking staf, great breakfast and close to few of the very good restaurants. Bit far from metro (10-15 mins walk) but close to few important bus stops. If you don't want to spend too much even in peak season and willing to walk a little bit, go for this hotel..

Courteous staff. Had room with outdoor roof garden. Just beautiful and inexpensive for Rome, yet walking distance to many of the attractions.

This hotel was a great place to stay. Room was clean and comfy, breakfast was great if you like pastries and sweets (though they did have cereal and yogurt), and they had free wifi. It is a big challenging to find - mostly because the maps of Rome for the area the hotel is located are inadequate. It is best to be sure and have good directions before you embark. Staff was mostly courteous and helpful, though be wary of possible "pushiness" with calling for cabs and setting up tours. It seemed like they were in cahoots with the locals ... Nothing the seasoned traveler can't handle!

Comfortable, quiet, clean hotel, some 15 min walking from Fontana di Trevi.

Well managed facility. Well located near Termini (and the bus station to go there). Excellent helpful staff, great breakfast, great clean room (refreshed on a daily basis). Had great time. Don't hesitate. BTW1: We decided to not go on summer time but rather in April. This works - Rome, even in April, is very hot. BTW2: Ask for a room with a street window.

The hotel lists an Airport shuttle as an amenity. However you must call in advance and it is a 45 Euro fee.

Good location. Decent rooms. Helpful staff. Free wifi. No hot items on breakfast buffet. No bar scene.

Plus Points: 1. Great sites in walking distance. 2. Good food all around in the neighbourhood 3. Good staff and very clean. Minus Points: 1. No coffee pot in the room 2. No toaster in the dining area. Cold toasts for breakfast not a good idea. 3. The double bed mattress is made up of two single mattresses. The result is , there is ahump in the middle of the bed. quite uncomfortable.

Located near Via Veneto. You can walk to most major sites within 20 to 30 minutes including the coliseum and Termini.

This is a good 4 star Hotel in a good location, It has a lot of Restaurants in walking distance. Staff very helpfull in English. I will stay again. PS you need to take a taxi to sights.

The stay was pleasant, rooms were clean, but the air conditioning was not on, they told me it was broken but later I found out it was to early in the season to run it, they didn't seem to TRY to accomodate something as simple a an adapter for my computer, one of the guys in the front desk was very nice, but not all.

The hotel staff was excellent. I would have liked more amenities at the hotel like swimming pool, restaurant or cafe. A coffee maker would have been a great start for the day. Around the hotel I wished for a supermarket or just to buy a sandwich. Hotel was close enough to the main train station and tourist bus route so we sightsaw everything in 2 days with enough time to shop for Italian goods. We also found an economical shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel.

Great location (calm and really fancy), good breakfast, nice bed, everything was very good and clean.... Also the hotel is close to all main sites without being too close (avoiding this way the touristic crowds).
