This hotel is situated in an excellent location in Rome, close to every major attraction , and shopping area. Staff is friendly, and rooms are decent. All together a very good option in Rome.

Booked my room on orbitz. After arriving , checking in and settling someone on staff told me I was not in the correct room. I told him I was and proved it with copies of my booking. He still proceeded to try to get me to move to a much smaller room without a balcony. Again, proved my booking. Still tried to tell me the room I was in was much more expensive. They must have double booked my room at a higher price. After going back and forth, for quite some time, he gave up. Staff not friendly or helpful.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff; located half-block from subway; walking distance from shopping & dining.

This hotel is well located on Via Veneto in Rome. Rooms are small to US Standards. Hotel staff is very accommodating if possible to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Food at their restaurant was very good, which we used a couple of times. There are many other restaurants near by, walking distance from the hotel.

It's a bit outdated, rooms are a bit tight. Close to a metro stop. Breakfast it's NOT worth it!

I hope was to have English TV channels available to keep abreast of current US and world news. After several attempts, the multiple hotel officials simply coins not help us receive transmission of any of those channels. Very sad. Their internet service wasn't much better. Even in the lobby the WiFi we could not connect the transmit and receive messages. This is both for business and personal needs. Neither issue was resolved after 3 days. This made the end of our travel days frustrating. Upon checkout at 5:00 am (time to catch the Urirail) the only front desk staff was handling my request to review our account when an Italian guest approached to ask a question. Then before I realized it the staff was checking him and his family out. Although he was very nice and pleasant, I found that very rude and unprofessional. It made our taxi ride and timing to meet our connection more difficult than anticipated. We were provided misinformation regarding the Urirail and standard vs Highspeed train to Naples. We had paid for Highspeed and was misdirected to the early standard. We got up early to arrive at the train station by 5:15am to take a dirtier and much slower train. We could have slept in later and arrived earlier to the connection to the Amafi Coast. When one travels to a new area, you would hope the information obtained from the concierge or front desk staff (when no concierge is available) would be correct.
