Hotel Delle Province

Recent guest reviews

This room has got to be the biggest in Europe and there are not a lot of places with rooms of this size. The staff was great and knowledgable. The snacks and drinks were already cheaper than buying outside so it was very reasonable. There were 2 showerheads in the shower area. I would definitely recommend this to people.

Friendly staff who spoke good English. 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Breakfast spread was good, but not great. They serve you fresh cappuccino at breakfast.

Room was over front door so we heard the door motor all night

Location not very good. Staff friendly and room clean

This hotel was located quite far from anything of interest. If it's truly a four star hotel, then the ratings must go up to ten stars. Very small rooms, shower did not drain properly, no new towels, soap or shampoo on day two. B'fast was ok but no eggs, etc. just breads and cold meat and cheese. Not bad, just not four star by any means. I would not stay here again. RM

The first room we were given had not been cleaned and reeked of stale cigarette smoke. We were given a different room that was so small we had to walk on the bed to get to the other side of the room when the desk chair was pulled out. The second room was also a bit on the dingy side. This hotel is NOT near the airport and should not be listed as such - it is a good 50 minutes to the airport. The wake up call was 45 minutes late. The front desk staff was good and was very helpful in getting us a car to the airport in the morning. The stocked mini-bar was nice and reasonably priced.

Let me start by saying I booked this hotel because it came up on the O search as near the Roma Termini station because we had a 6:22AM train to the airport. This hotel is 20+ blocks (some long ones) or a 15Euro taxi ride from the Termini Station. I consider a hotel that says its near Termini to be convenient to walk with rolling luggage from the station. This hotel is NOT near Termini. That said, this is an okay place and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others who were flexible and not expecting this place to be the equivalent of a high end hotel (and who did not need to be near the station). Quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the Bologna station (on the same line is also the Colosseum). Our room had a jacuzzi tub, very nice, but looked like it had prior water damage as the back of the bathroom door was coming apart and the doorskin was peeling from the door. Wifi worked well from our 1st floor room. The woman working at the front desk spoke English and was efficient.

Real nice one, near Bologna metro station, there's bus that pass thru the street, lots of restaurant around, as well as banks, safe to walk around

Staff was great. Room was nice. Good service to airport. No complaints

10 minutes from metro, safe quarter in Rome. Passable cleaness but could be better.

Everything was wonderful about this hotel ,friendly breakfastroom lady, and our housekeeper was very nice . However the men working at the front desk are not very friendly or helpful, they seemed bothered .

Could not find shuttle information in the Rome Airport for this hotel, as we thought. Instead, we took the bus to Termini train station (5 Euros/person) and a cab (20 Euros) to the hotel. Room was small, clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast on an enclosed rooftop self-service room. Staff was helpful.

This is a great hotel. Very helpful staff, well stocked mini-bar, very clean, large balcony, with comfortable beds and a large desk. It must be noted that it is European sized, and not centrally located. However, it was only a five-minute walk to the nearest metro station, or a ten Euro taxi ride to central Rome. There are also lots of nice cafes and shops very near. We had a very pleasant stay.

This was the worst room we had in Europe with older fixtures and furniture and a hard, uncomfortable bed. The marble bathroom was nice but it's Rome and everything is made of marble. For sure it did not measure up to other four star hotels. I would give it two to three at best. The location is ok but a 8-10 min walk on a hill to the metro and bus station.

About 40 min to airport and 20 min into central rome, however not bad to catch the tram. Taxi will cost about 80 euro's to airport. you can get a day pass for the tram for about 6 euros. Free continental breakfast and most of the staff were very friendly

1st room only had a window into the hall way. It was incredibly hot and stuffy. They don't turn on the AC until June or July (I was told). The last night, they did move me to an upper room that had 2 windows and the temp had dropped outside so I could sleep.

Staff was friendly, room was very clean, balcony was beautiful (ask for room with balcony), room was small, cot-like single beds but still comfortable, excellent breakfast, internet worked for free even in room but sometimes did not work, not as close to Metro as I would have liked, some room noise from outside but not too great, good buses right outside hotel,

The room was small, but this is Europe people, most rooms are small. The hotel was awesome the front desk was very helpful, including helping by printing train tickets and even packing a breakfast to go for us when we left before breakfast was served. Five minute walk from the Metro, very good location, which is not in heart of the city!

a five minute walk to the easy to use subway, this little hotel is a great value. rooms were large (by European standards) and clean. problem with our safe fixed in minutes. Breakfast of Cornettos, 6 kinds of Museli, yogurt, juice, fruit, meats and cheeses, cappucinio served on the rooftop garden. free wifi, too. bring your netbook. staff pleasant, English speaking and cheerful. I also snack bar half a block away for a quick bite, drink or candy. also shopped for gifts where the locals shop. pens, sweaters, keychains and esspresso cups.

My wife and I walked all over the city from this little hotel. It was a fairly small room but with a king bed, clean and quiet. We didn't spend much time there anyway. Internet was not free if you don't have a computer. Great location to restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station which you can take to all the major sites of Rome and to the beach. The map that the hotel supplied was priceless for sites and subways.
