The holiday is a 2 star at best. Breakfast was mediocre, the rooms very small. The lift was so small. If you have anxiety issues concerning space, this will be a problem. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The bathrooms were clean and we were provided with fresh towels daily.

This hotel is clean, modern and well presented. Plenty of space for myself and a friend compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Italy. We were lucky enough to have a bath in the room which was a highlight. Breakfast at this hotel was good, and it is very close to the metro which was handy!

The hotel located outside of the city life but with really good transport link. 8 minutes from subway station. The hosts are friendly and smiley. The breakfast is great. We had a junior suite what was nice and clean. The housekeepers are nice. You can find small restaurants in walking distance. And lots of gelato. I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2017. It is close to the metro making it easy to get around the city. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Loved that all towels were fresh each day. Room was very small and in need of a re furbish. Breakfast plentiful. All in all a good place for visiting Rome.

I stayed in this hotel first week of May. I visited my mom (who has Alzheimer's disease) who lives in Rome, but I wanted her to stay with me at the hotel so I reserved for 2 people. The front desk guy won't let my mother in because she did not have her passport with her (mind you she is a resident there that's why she doesn't carry her passport around). My brother (who is also an Italian resident ) was trying to explain the situation but the front desk guy even threatened to call the police. I wanted to walk out of there but my booking was non refundable. I just dropped off my baggage in my room ( nobody will help you or point you which way to go) and we went out somewhere while my sister in law got my mom's passport at home. Hotel carpet needs shampooing. Breakfast is good. But won't stay here ever again.

the hotel is only 7 minutes by metro from termini station you need get off cornelia stop. From there is 100 meters away. The place is so nice to stay as there is no noise, feel safe and the staff behaviour is excellent. the breakfast is full american . the rooms is normal size , the furniture is quite new . The cleaner of hotel is excellent.

Just a few stops on the metro from the Centre of Rome and you are in a quiet neighbourhood. The hotel was clean, room size was adequate, not small like others have reviewed. We stayed with our 10 month old daughter & she felt right at home. The breakfast was more than ample & gave us a great start for sightseeing all day. The staff went out of their way to look after us every time. Great hotel, will stay again next time we are in Rome.

I stayed in this nice little hotel last December with a group of 44 high school students. The staff could not have been more helpful, patient and kind, particularly as we arrived very late after a delay during our journey from Australia. The rooms were comfortable, though small, but the beds were good and the place spotless. The boys loved the very extensive breakfast buffet and were able to fill up before our very busy days - a great plus when travelling with teenagers! Thank you for a lovely stay.

I have just got home from a 3 night stay here. What a lovely hotel this is. Friendly staff, great location and spacious rooms. Rooms- our room was 138. Lots of room, good size balcony and very clean. Breakfast- The breakfast here was fantastic. Fresh foods coming out often and a big variety of cooked eggs/ bacon, fruit and yoghurt, breads and cold meets and also cakes. Lots of fruit juices, coffee. Tiramisu for breakfast was a highlight for me! Staff- very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our bedroom door and they came and helped us straight away. Area- Safe area. close to Cornelia Metro. 20 mins to main attractions. Lots of delicious restaurants close by. Thank you Club House. Would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

I stayed here for 2 nights during a 12-day European coach trip with Expat Explore, which started from London. I believe that this hotel was chosen by the tour company based on its reasonable price without compromising on comfort, and its easy accessibility to the city centre by metro. It is situated in a rather safe neighbourhood, as we did not feel threatened while walking between the hotel and the metro station of Cornelia on several occasions. The location of the hotel is rather far from the city centre, though. It is closer to the Vatican City, if you know Rome well. But all hotels in central Rome can be extremely expensive even though the standard is low. So, if you can compromise on the distance by paying a lower price, this is a good hotel to stay at, because the metro station is easily accessible (10-minutes walk) and there are some very nice restaurants/pizzerias around (you can read all about my separate reviews on them here on TA). I was given a room on the ground floor, which has a door opening to a small garden. As I was staying alone, I was rather scared of this and decided to put my luggage against that door. The rooms is small in size, as are most hotel rooms in Rome of similar standard - I have been to Rome about 8 times, so I know. Despite the size, my room was clean and comfortable, the shower has strong pressure and there was plenty of hot water. My (double) bed was comfortable but as one of the reviewers have mentioned, the walls are quite thin. If you were unfortunate enough like me, to have noisy guests next door, you will hear them rather clearly. Good thing they only stayed for 1 night!! I had a very peaceful second night after a really tiring day out and about. I did not pay for this hotel as it is included in the tour price, but I did check on the rates and found them to be reasonable when the hotel offers “special deals” (around £55). If I can get this price for my next visit to Rome, I will stay here again, but if the price goes beyond £75, I will look for somewhere nearer the city to stay.
