The staff was rude. They would clean the room but no replace the soaps or add more toilet paper. I had to call three times to asking for an iron and iron board. They I my brought an iron. There was a lot of construction. There was a roof leak in front of our room.

Hotel is close walking to famous landmarks and sights and you can easily walk a few blocks to the train. Check in was ok. The staff could be a little more friendly and welcoming, possibly because I’m American and spoke English. The room was clean and very small, which is typical for a European hotel room. The shower was terrible. There was little hot water one night and the following night there was no hot water. I called the desk and they told me there was a problem with the water and it would be fixed in the morning, which didn’t solve my problem of wanting to take a nice shower after a long day out and about. The breakfast selection was good and saved our wallets a few bucks. The upstairs bar was great for drinks and hanging out. There is a jacuzzi on the upstairs deck but closes at 7pm!? I’m not sure why so early. You need to make a reservation at the front desk to use the jacuzzi and they give you one hour. Unfortunately, due to the time of day and we didn’t get to use it. The spa/indoor pool is very nice and relaxing. You also need to make a reservation for this for one hour. We were the only people in there which made it very comfortable and enjoyable. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to go back more than once. Overall, good hotel, nice bar, good breakfast, just terrible hot water and little water pressure.

Wonderful hotel and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and perfect location. Only problem was the construction on outside of building, inside the hotel and the stores next to the hotel. Between all the construction we were woken up at 730am every morning by banging or workers yelling.

During our 4 day stay, they were doing construction right next to our room. They shouldn't have even had people staying on our floor with the amount of jack hammering going on. Also, the bed was very loud, creaky and uncomfortable. Not a great stay.

This hotel is a 10 minute walk from fountain of Trevi and Spanish Steps. Marco who works at the front desk helped us with our entire trip planning everything we needed bc we could not speak Italian. The staff is what really made this hotel shine. The room was great and fine, but you're not in there with all the things to do. The only issue with the room is the shower. You can't bend over in the shower to compensate they added...multiple shower heads I guess is the best way to put it. Other than that great stay!

I booked an economy double room for myself and now Fiancé for a week long vacation in Rome. The combination of price, location, and amenities was great. There were a few things I would have liked to have known about ,but nothing that was a deal breaker. Here are the things that would have been helpful before I took my vacation to make my stay just a little better. 1) The blow dryer in the room was not powerful, and would over heat and shut off after a minuet or so. I have long thick hair and had to let it cool several times during my hair drying. I would have brought my own blow dryer. 2) they do not use fitted sheets on the bed. At night if I moved much I would wake up and have to put the sheets back in place so I wasn't sleeping on a bare mattress. 3) The shower was pretty small!! I consider myself average size for the US (5'8" 180-190 lbs). I often bumped the shower temp control while showering giving myself a surprise. I don't think there was a time I didn't feel crowded in this shower. Other non-economy rooms may have larger showers or tubs...this one did not. 4) The maids who made up our room every day had no problem moving our stuff if it was in their way. I was happy to see it was well cleaned...a bit annoyed to find my mouthwash on the back of the bidet. My flat iron was moved to the desk one day. Once when we returned early we found the maid sitting on the bed eating a sandwich looking at her phone. 5) A reservation is required for the hot tub and sauna.

Hotel is walking distance to all major attractions (except for the Vatican). Excellent front desk and breakfast service (especially from Otiz). Hotel was recently renovated so everything is new and clean. Breakfast selection was disappointing. Hotel located on a wide street with public transportation, rooms have double glaze windows. Lobby is on the first floor and not the entrance.

Newly renovated hotel with walking distance to all major attractions (except the Vatican). Excellent service from front desk people and breakfast personnel. Special thanks to Otiz from the front desk who was always welcoming and informative with great tips. Breakfast choice was disappointing for a 4-star hotel. Not enough healthy choices such as vegetables or healthy breads. They prepare omelets at your request which is nice. Hotel is located in a central street with public transportation so if you're a light sleeper better ask for a back facing room, although all rooms have double glazed windows. Overall an excellent experience. Thank you.
