The employees were very kind, the restaurant staff was amazing. Room quality was poor and outdated and we had to move our room once because it smelled of smoke.

Great breakfast buffet , friendly staff ! Close to train stations, metro and bus ! Close to The Vatican

Absolutely loved this place.....the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful....gave us plenty recommendations for local places to eat and things to do....amazing view of the city from our terrace....will stay here again the next time I’m in Rome

Luxury rooms and high quality with free shuttle to city center

This hotel could have been a 4 had the air conditioner worked properly, elevators were larger and breakfast was reasonably priced for what you got.

Single room next to elevator and maid room very noisy but otherwise very nice hotel, nice neighborhood close to Borghese gardens and not so many tourists, good breakfast.

I found this hotel much nicer than I expected. They upgraded me to a king with a jet bathtub, without me asking. Breakfast was great!! The gym was good. I'd like a few more heavier weights but you can definitely get an adequate workout. The restaurant for dinner had very very good food and there are several other options close by. The only drawback was that it is a bit out of the city center and the metro shuts down early. Everyone was very nice, especially the breakfast crew.

spent very little time in hotel room but overall my experiences were good.

they were top shelf, helpful, having a concierge was particularly helpful! Room was VERY VERY NICE LARGE, BREAKFAST WAS FULL. [...]

Was not happy with hotel. After six hours of attempts to lower room temp (to no avail), I finally insisted for a room change. We were in a mini suite and were given a room the size of a closet. Attemped to get a price adjustment and was told that it was "our decision to change room so no adjustment in pricing". Only place to get ice was at the bar. Constantly told "ice machine isn't working well, we can't give out any".
