The hotel is nice, but my room was very small. Also, the bathroom had a terrible smell, so I often had to keep the door closed so that smell wouldn't spread to the room. The hotel staff members were very friendly and helpful. They speak English well and will answer all questions. The hotel is in a great location, and not far from many of the tourist attractions.

Great gel status opp to hotel, taxi stand a block away

This place is great for walking to all the sites. If you are driving be aware that there is no parking provided. Rooms are small and basic. Walls are kind of thin but over all it was fine.

The room was too small and outdated and the hotel halls are narrow. I was promised a better room by Monday ( we arrived on Friday) but that never happened.

If you want to be in the center of the action, this is a good choice. Refurbished rooms in a modern style. Overall excellent value.

We started having problems as soon as we checked into the hotel. The guy at the front desk was very rude as well and did not provide any help. We reached the hotel at around 5pm and discovered that there was no iron in the room. The guy at the front desk told us that he cannot help us because the house keeping staff leaves at 3pm and we will have to wait till the next day to get our clothes pressed!!!! We stayed in other hotels in Italy that were nice enough to allow ironing downstairs by ourselves without any charge....This hotel charges around 6-10 Eur to iron a shirt or pant. The room was very small. We all discovered that the hairdryer was broken in the washroom. The shower door didn't close properly. You had to wrestle with it to make sure its closed all the way. The bed size was very small. The staff told us that it was a french bed...The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The good things about the hotel was that its close to all the attractions except for Vatican city. Max 15-20 min walk to everything. 10 min walk to the train station as well. You can take the Metro to Vatican and the closest station is about 5 min walk from the hotel. All in all, the hotel isn't worth the price we paid.

They wouldn't get me an iron, more soap or convey what the room actually looked like. The shower is a chamber, the street is noisy, the climate control doesn't work. Do not stay here, under any circumstance.

Decent for the money you pay however room looked very old although quite large and wifi was terrible

As far as typical European hotels go, this was average. Unfortunately it was not a four star experience; was closer to 2.5 to 3 stars. The hotel service was just good enough to avoid frustrating guests. Cleanliness was above average. Restaurant non-existent. No bar.

The room is very very small, but clean. Def worth the price only for the location, t's literally walking distance to everything.

Great location to most major attractions and transportation. Excellent breakfast (both value and quality) at the hotel. A supermarket across the street from the hotel with lots of food, snack and drinks in good price.

friendly, helpful staff, clean room, good location

We got to the room and the A\C was broken. The room was tiny, the bed was extremely hard and springy! I highly recommend to stay somewhere else for this price, definitely not worth it!

The staff was nice and friendly and the rooms were clean although a little on the small side, especially the beds.

We were promptly taken care of by the very professional front desk staff. We arrived quite early in the day and our rooms were available within the hour. This gave us enough time to cross the street and have a lovely break fast and enjoy a delicious espresso after a long flight. Our triple was OK for its size. We were only staying one night and so found it adequate. Another couple we traveled with had what appeared to be a deluxe double that was comparable to many American hotels. The hotel is located 2 blocks from the Termini but within walking distance of the Fontana di Trevi, other sights and what seemed like hundreds of restaurants. WiFi was included and accessible from our room. We paid additional for the buffet breakfast the next morning as we slept late and didn't feel like exploring the neighborhood. It was quite extensive and tasty with the usual assortment of breads, pastries, fruits, yogurt, cereals, cheeses, eggs, breakfast meats and charcuterie. Juice, teas and water with and without gas and wine were also included. All in all we were quite pleased.

The hotel is very convenient for transportation, the bus stop is right at the door. Good breakfast, but a little pricey. We've stayed there before and would stay there again.

The hotel is great because the rooms are updated and modern with high ceilings. The staff was friendly and I couldn't be happier the overall quality of the hotel. The hotel is only a 5 min walk away from Piazza de Republicca which is a great shopping/eating spot in Rome. It also is close to the Termini for subway and train needs.

they were always ready to help with everything, weather it was dirctionsto the sites or telling us when it was the best time to hit the sits

Hotel was in a great location and while the room was fairly small, it was also nice. Keep your eyes open when trying to find it because if not, you'll walk right past it. While it does look like the picture from the outside, it's only when you look at a distance. I would rely more on the street numbers to get you there.

The room size is acceptable compared to European standards. Room is clean. Facility looks pretty new and in decent shape except for the air conditioning. We booked for 2 nights and A/C was broken when we first arrived. We were told the A/C would be fixed in 2 hours. Yet, A/C was not fixed even during out check out. We were told from another guest that A/C has been broken 3 days ago. Horrible hotel. It was nearly 90 degrees outside. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they are OK w/ no A/C. Staff is horrible.
