- BEDROOM II with two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m), bedside tables, coat hangers, chair, desk, split A/C, and en-suite bathroom;

- BATHROOM I with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BATHROOM II (enclosed to the double bedroom) with raised shower stall, sink, and toilet;

- BALCONY I with access from the living room and furnished with a small table and chairs;
