I have 20 bed bug bites and even mentioned to the hotel staff and showed it they didn't care. We went there to celebrate our Anniversary and I gave a hand written note to be placed along with the Champagne but they didn't do so.HATED everything about this place.

This was our first trip to Rome and we were fortunate to have selected this hotel. The property itself is outstanding and close to most of the attractions in Rome as we walked to everything. However, what sets this hotel apart is the EXCEPTIONAL staff; from the front desk, housekeeping, the restaurants, security, concierge and bellmen. Each member was courteous, professional, polite and sincere to ensure our every need was met. Being there on the holidays, it was apparent that the staff were working really long hours (Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Years Eve), but they were absolutely wonderful despite very long days on their feet and we would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to travel to Rome.
Wonderfully pleasant and helpful staff. Beautiful facility in great location. Very nice rooftop bar and restaurant around swimming pool. Only complaint is that this restaurant is too expensive for a bar snack type restaurant. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Stayed at this location for 5 days with our family of 4. Our kids, ages 6 and 9 had a fabulous time. The location is great, walking distance to main attractions. The staff, incredible. The pool, small, but it served the purpose. The breakfast, Wow! If we ever some back to Rome, we would come back to this location for sure.
It was soooo worth the money. The location actually had a ton to offer including shopping and is a comfortable walk to the Colosseum, major shopping centers, and plenty of gelato. I cannot compare the roof deck pool to anything I have experienced. It was so clean and high end. Amazing drinks and food right there for you with very attentive staff. We spent multiple days up on the deck during the hot month of July. The gym was great, which always surprises me in Europe. The breakfast was GREAT and super affordable for what you get. The restaurant outside was beautiful and comfortable. The staff began to recognize us and took care of my mother and I with our many food allergies. The staff made calls and set us up with the best restuarents from the moment we got there. We ended up going back to one of the locations twice! The rooms were super clean. The bathrooms are up to date. Bedding was great and I loved the turned down service where they basically cleaned your room again and provided all fresh towels again. I cannot say enough about this hotel.
The staff was aloof, dry, and not helpful at all. The rooms were a bit small but clean, and the breakfast is not worth the 35 euro. We thought the breakfast would be better based on the reviews but there were no American staples like pancakes or french toast and the eggs were cold. Reception staff and wait staff were not eager to help, and they over charged breakfast and said it will take 1 month to return to my card. Will not be coming back or recommending.

I would like to point out that I have personally taken care of you and your family and have insisted on inviting you to call a doctor or go to the pharmacy to double check if the few bites you showed me were caused by mosquitoes or other insects. I remember having a very fcordial conversation. I organized the complete check of the rooms by the engineer and the cleaning manager; no bedbugs were found in both rooms and a thorough cleaning of both rooms was also performed. I am very sorry, once again, if there has been a misunderstanding about it.
