Front desk staff was rude during check-in and when asking about places to visit. Rooms were modern and up-to-date. Staff in the morning during checkout was much more prodessional and pleasant.
If you need a stay near Rome airport, this is a great choice, especially with a family. Lots of restaurants close by. Walk to a beach to swim. My family loved it.
This hotel is a perfect distance from the airport and offered inexpensive parking for our rental car. It was very clean and is right beside the water with lots of restaurant options and a nice place to walk around.

This is the best "airport" hotel I've ever stayed at. There is a strip of restaurants with a few blocks, so it's easy to find a meal. The restaurant at the hotel itself was serviceable -- not a destination but fine if you're too exhausted to go elsewhere. My only major issue with the hotel was a strange, powerful, cleaning agent smell in my room. I opened the windows but it didn't dissipate for hours.
