The apartment was very much like it was described and all the pics were great! It's a historic building so it is old, like Rome itself.Cons: it could use a deeper clean esp the couch cushions and the floor needed a better vacuuming. The shower drain needed some plunging to drain adequately.Pros: Location! Location! Location! 10 minute walk to the Colosseum was fabulous! 2 bathrooms was very handy. Very comfortable bed. The 2 air conditioners were so helpful even though it was September- it was still in the mid 80s.We would come back to this apartment again and recommend to anyone!

Grand appartement, situé au 1er étage, bien sécurisé. Check in fait le jour de l'arrivée avec un collaborateur de Cristian, qui nous indique tout (en anglais).Proximité du Colisée/Palatin/Forum romain et du palais Victor Emmanuel, mais non loin de tous les sites touristiques accessibles à pied ou en transports en commun.Points : 2 climatiseurs, bonne literie dans le lit principal, 2 WC et 1 salle d'eau, sèche cheveux, distributeurs gel douche et shampoing, papier toilette, cotons démaquillant et cotons tige, produit vaisselle éponge, dosettes de thé café moulu pour la moka, sel/poivre, lave linge/étendoir/fer et table à repasser, la hall à 30m est agréable pour acheter quelques trucs à manger.Point - : canapé lit avec matelas très mou, un peu juste pour le nécessaire de cuisine si vous voulez cuisiner, penser à vider régulièrement les récupérateurs d'eau des climatiseurs, ruelle bruyante parfois jusqu'à 2h (bar en dessous), manque un vrai balai ou d'un aspirateurDans l'ensemble, je recommande cet appartement.

Perfekte Lage

Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist groß und sauber, allerdings etwas karg eingerichtet. Das hat uns nicht weiter gestört, da wir dort nur geschlafen haben. 2 Klimaanlagen machten den Aufenthalt auch bei 38 Grad angenehm.
