My stay was perfect and couldn’t have been better.
This is not a 5-star hotel. We experienced numerous issues during our stay and the staff was too busy to address them in a timely manner. I called multiple times for a room service menu, after 45 minutes I finally went down to the lobby to grab one myself. This was indicative of the entire stay. Every Tuesday night they have a pool party on their rooftop balcony, we received earplugs in our room so I knew it would be bad but the entire room was reverberating with the loud music. Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Housekeeping didn't show up at all 2 out of the 3 days. Road noise could be heard throughout the evening, even with earplugs Food was not particularly good. Having stayed at the St. Regis and JK Place previously we had high expectations and were thoroughly disappointed.
