good
Nice hotel with an easy shuttle service from the airport but expensive.
Closest convenient to the airport
Food great
It was ok, couldn’t get through to have a wake up Call the night we checked in and they ordered a cab for us after I asked them if we need to order a cab. Ok experience but next time I will stay in Rome and wake up earlier
Room smelled pretty funky. A previous guest left 3 pizza boxes in the closet, one of which had not been eaten. Smelled pizza all night....My trip was last minute and my flight was arriving very late so I emailed to see about late check in. I received immediate response from the hotel and staff at front desk and at the cafe were very friendly.
The rooms are old and in disrepair
Very good
Nice place and convenient to airport
Staffs were helpful. The room was noisy and the air conditioner was not working. We could not sleep. They changed to other room for us. The 2nd room was little better. But the toilet flush kept having problem even after the maintenance person came. Everything was old and worn. It was not a pleasant stay.
The hotel and rooms are better in real life than on the photos. The room size is pretty large too, shower is s nice. Overalll pleasant experience. The breakfast was pretty good too.
It was close to the airport and had a ahuttle service.
The people were lovely, sometimes a hotel didn’t have to the newest fanciest hotel if the people are it hotel, then it’s the best..
The checkin staff are particularly helpful and friendly. So nice to feel welcome after traveling so much .
While searching for a hotel Its erratic price setup irked me. Quotes varied from 150 e to 90 e for the same date during three different inquiries. Its only strong point was the breakfast which the staff closed down early.
