Unable to see the sign for the property until we were driving by on a barrier divided 2 lane highway. You must turn in on Golf Tower driveway and find your way through the bushes to the hotel parking lot, and that route is not lighted at night, making it very difficult.
Size of room very good...didn't like ur painting colors on ur walls ..to depressing
I flew from Las Vegas Nevada to Chicago & stayed at extended stay America. I arrived at the hotel approximately 6am. Check in wasn't until 3pm. The attendant was able to hook me up at 6am instead of waiting until 3pm, it made my day . The attendant should get a raise. I think his name was Tim . He was very understanding.The room was super clean, w/a refergorator , micro wave oven & kitchen sink. It was spotless . Their was a iron & ironing board, I was able to iron some of my clothes. The bed was comfortable, & a nice TV w/cable. Also a hair dryer in the restroom. It was nice & qiet. Excellent experience . Rate AAA
Between the price and location, the hotel is a good choice for business trips. The staff was very friendly and helpful every time I interacted with them. The room had all the essentials but definitely ready for a upgrade. The beds were not very comfortable, entire room could use a paint job, etc.
I had a great experience can't wait to go back every one was great ever one knows great customer service skills great cost great people great service everyone was lovely. Can't wait to come back.
Nothing outstanding here. If you want a cheap room, then you get it.
We were in a pinch and this was only option for one night stay. Disappointed to say the least. Carpet was grungy and smelled extremely musty. With 3 asthmatics in the family we suffered through the long night. Breakfast was coffee and the muffins being the only option for food. Unless you are a laborer needing a kitchen for a week+ stay, look elsewhere.
Front desk staff were nice and welcoming. Housekeeping staff, not so much. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with no issues. It's not a fancy place but a practical one that fit our budget and our humble lifestyle. The hotel is located near Walmart and other grocery stores and is quiet and safe. Home is what you make of it and we certainly put the kitchen to good use. Of almost 20 meals that would've come from restaurants over the past week's stay, we only ate out 3 times and did all of our cooking in our room. Home does not depend on physical location or personal belongings, it is about the people in the home who make it happy. Extended Stay gave us a room with a kitchen, we made it a home.

This hotel is okay to stay at if you don't mind a little bit of a drive to the city. Great location for shopping in the suburbs! Only complaint was about the clerk Deborah who was rude and began to yell at me and then about me, because I asked a question about a fee to have my dog there. There is a $25 a day dog fee, which is not what was originally told at checkin.
Fast check in. Helpful staff. Very Clean. Felt Very Much at home during my stay. It was also very close to alot of places I intended to visit during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
Easy access from expressway across from forest preserve. At end of business buildings parking lots overlooking expressway. Far enough away from traffic and building structure and alignment to provide mostly a quiet environment inside.
