If I could give it zero stars I would. I booked this hotel well in advance for a three week stay, so I got a cheaper rate. By the time I got there it was too late to get anything comparably priced elsewhere or I would have left. The sheets on the bed were very dirty and had paw prints on them even though no pets were supposed to be allowed in that room. There was hair everywhere. The mini fridge didn't work well and had food in it still. The great news, it had been in plugged for awhile so it smelled awesome. There was no shower curtain, which they did provide upon request but the tub was very dirty and there was hair in it like someone just finished shaving or washed their dog in it. Many of the lights didn't work, and it was due to an electrical problem because even with new bulbs they didn't work. They were doing some renovations next door so that was very loud for the duration of my stay. The solution, the hotel wouldn't do anything so I bought my own cleaning supplies and gave the room a thorough cleaning. I also bought a matrass cover and new sheets and bedding. I even got a couple cheap mats to put on the floor because the carpet was very nasty. I usually don't write reviews and never had to leave a poor one for a hotel, but if you don't believe me you will see for yourself. They must be used to shady customers because everything is screwed down. Even the pictures on the wall and the tv. The internet was intermittent. I would strongly suggest you stay elsewhere

The office was very helpful to us and I would come back in the future

The first room we went to was dirty. They switched our room with no issue. However, this hotel appears to be under construction or major repair. There are no coffee makers in the room. The towels were stained and nasty looking. The staff we encountered were very friendly. Every time we came into our room we both got severe headaches, not sure why. Overall it was not a place we would ever stay in again. The location is good in regards to Ft. Leonard Wood.

Great stay overnight and the service was wonderful.

Manager, a male, was EXTREMELY rude. It was midnight, we had stayed the night before and checked out, not thinking we would be back in town. No staff problems that night, room was a bit shoddy though, but for $40, what can you say? Upon returning the next night after being out all day, the manager would not allow us to check in because we booked through this travel site. He said he was mad because we were booking through a site that made him wait a month to get his money. He told me to call them and cancel and get a room directly through him so he didn't have to wait on payment. My jaw hit the floor. After telling him multiple times that it couldn't be done he said there was no reservation and I could not get a room. I went to our car and called the site 800 number, who assured me the reservation was sent hours before that. After staying outside on the phone for ten mins trying to cancel, the man came out to my car, hands on his hips saying I needed to come inside and get my room. Since I could not cancel, I got our room and checked out a few hours later, only to be met by rudeness all over again. I was and still am flabbergasted. If you do not want people to book through a travel site, put it on your hotel website! Would not recommend to anyone and will not be going back. Horrible experience.

Clean room, Good location and Great price! I would stay here again actually if I found myself back in Missouri for an army graduation ; )

I stayed here with my family for my son's graduation. I'm telling you, it was a great stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean! For the cost of the room I was surprised! I recommend!

I don't normally write reviews, but I felt this hotel deserved one. On arrival the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. The lobby was clean and was not perfumed over to hide bad smells. I asked for extra towels and pillows and they were given to us promptly. They did have a small room with tread mill in it to try and accommodate those who wanted to exercise. And yes this was across from the front desk, but the staff did not stare at you. We requested 2 non smoking rooms on the first floor and that is exactly what we got. The room was clean and updated recently. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were soft the pillows fluffy. The bathroom area where toilet and shower room was small, but there was another section with the sink and mirror wich made getting ready easy. Continental breakfast was nice they had juice, coffee tea as well as fresh Belgian waffles, bagels cereal muffins etc. if we have to stay in st. Robert again we would stay here. Great place for the price. Please don't go by all the negative reviews I almost did and am glad that I did not.

While i stayed at The Country Heart Inn & Suites, i visited my fiance at Fort Leonard Wood. Have the sheets & comforters been updated and the rugs shampood it would of being more enjoyable. It kind of had this old smell to it. It was okay compare to other trips i've taken in the pass. Overall it got me through the time i was down there, so there ain't much to complain about.

Nice, clean rooms. I wish they had coffee pots in the rooms.

Don't choose this hotel. We had a major plumbing problem when we arrived, which they eventually fixed, but not until 10:30 p.m.! We could not use the sink because the water poured out the bottom onto the floor. The people that were sent to fix it spoke "very little English," and were hard to communicate with. They did not come to clean regularly without us asking, and there were bugs all over the place when we returned the second night. On the walls and ceiling all around the bed, my husband killed about 30 bugs! Outside our door, it was crammed with bugs around the outdoor light and on our door. We can only surmise that the door was left open when they "cleaned"...

Very average. Beds were comfortable. Hairdryer was good. Location has traffic noise. The AC was very noisy, and units showed obvious and significant leaking outside each room. There was a small refrigerator and microwave in the small room, but no coffee maker. The continental breakfast was ok, but ran out of regular coffee by 0615. Staff seemed pleasant but indifferent.

For the price I would stay again.

Some language problems with the staff.

My daughter, granddaughter, myself & daughter in law were there for 2 nights for my son's basic training graduation from Fort Leonard Wood. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was really nice and had a microwave and mini fridge in it which surprised us. It is close to the Army base and the whole trip was wonderful thanks to the comfortable hotel.
