I would definitely stay here again. The staff was so friendly and kind and my room was beautiful!

Staff was really nice but was disappointed that the pool was not available.

The property was very convenient to the airport. It was a little far from Paris city center. I suggest calling to confirm airport shuttle prior to arrival. We were told shuttle ran at various times throughout the day but when our flight arrived at 11a, was told the next shuttle wasn’t available until 4p.

nice size room

Pool was great. Rooms large. Shuttle was free though you had to call from airport twice. Some coffee in room. Breakfast expensive and not hot. Reps were cordial but NONE wore masks over their noses. This can be a Gallic issue!

I liked everything about it and will return. Only strange part is finding the entrance and having to have the gate lifted to enter and deposit luggage. Then, main Parking is on back side.

it was quiet, and i was able to sleep. it sort of in the middle of no where, just near the airport, the hotel had seen beater days, The lobby was nice however the rooms and the hallways upstairs were worn out, old and outdated.

This is the worse hotel I have been in my whole travelers experience. From the front desk to my room 133 was a disaster. I will never stay there even for free.

Very bad! We came a few hours before check in and asked if we could get our room. Sure, 30 euros extra. So we waited an hour and a half for the same room that wasn't occupied. The lady at the desk didn't speak English or French very well. The room was the furthest away you can get from the elevator. No fridge (there was one at some point, but it was ripped out). Two small pillows. The bed was the worst I have been on since the 80's. It was two singles slapped together with a hard line in between. There was only one towel, and no hair dryer. After asking for more towels and a hair dryer, the hair dryer didn't work. It did almost start a fire though, with an adapter that wasn't up to the task. The heat was either small, high, or super high. Just heat- you couldn't turn it off. So we had the windows open all night with the busses and airplanes passing every few minutes. A very bad hotel (reminded me of a motel) - and it's not just a Europe thing. Other hotels were much better than this one in Europe/France. Dirty and old. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
