Welcome to Our Family-Owned Cabin in Red River Gorge!

Nestled in the heart of the stunning Red River Gorge, our charming cabin, built in 2018, offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and natural beauty.  This cozy retreat is ideal for families looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in the tranquility of nature. The backporch sits about 18 ft above the forest floor providing a wonderful valley view and delightful soundscape!

Enjoy 2 private bedrooms each with a queen sized bed as well as a large ladder-accessed loft containing 2 additional twin beds.

Central heating and cooling keeps the cabin comfy in any weather.  On nice days, open the garage door in the living room to bring the outdoors in!

The wrap-around porch is the perfect place to relax, listen to the birds and take in all of the wonders that the gorge has to offer.

A NOTE ABOUT THE WATER:

- The Birdhouse's water is provided by truck delivery to a cistern.  The water is recommended for bathing and cooking, but not recommended for drinking.  We provide one 5 gallon jug of drinking water for your stay, but please plan to bring more if you think you will need it.

Linens are always provided for this cabin.  We will provide pillows, blankets, bedsheets and bath towels.  We will also provide kitchen towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soap.

Firewood is also available upon request.  For $25 we will deliver firewood to your fire pit.  Please be sure to mark on your reservation if you would like firewood delivery.  Please be sure to put out all fires COMPLETELY when you are finished.
