Beautiful property and amazing staff!! Such kind and caring people! Food was upscale cafeteria food and lacked flavor. Grounds were beautiful and well cared for. We enjoyed walking the property and taking in all the views of the ocean every day!

Everything at the resort was pretty much great except that the premium liquors seemed to all ways be out. We are jack Daniel drinkers and at night they were always out. Also the trip to and from the airport is horrible. Be better have a strong stomach. Long bumpy and very curvy

Sandals resorts are simply the best!

Nice hotel but we had a better time at Sandals Grande. The beach was nicer and some buffet food was better variety.

Excellent experience. This was a perfect all-inclusive for our honeymoon! The staff, location, and restaurants were all wonderful. We will definitely be back to Sandals Regency La Toc!

Our room was up on the hill (yes, its very hilly and can be a workout to get around) and close to Armandos which has a swim up bar and good views but is not by the beach. Very quiet and relaxing. The main pool down by the Pavilion is busy and fun and close to the beach. The beach is small with very little sand not subject to getting wet. The staff are generally very nice and the Club Sandals feature was worth the extra for us. We did the "Wet and Wild" excursion which I can't say enough good thinks about. By far the best put together and satisfying excursion we have done in a while. Rooms seem to vary and there were a lot of people taking advantage of the butler service. We didn't feel we missed out by not having one but if you don't feel like you would like the walk to dinner/beach everyday then the butler service is probably worth it. St Lucia does not have a barrier reef and so does not have the classic gentle waves and crystal clear Caribbean waters. Its worth noting that its a volcanic island so snorkeling is rocky and limited coral but still an abundance of fish. We will be going back with Sandals (got to love the "no tips accepted" part), just not to St Lucia.

This was a very expensive trip that was not worth it. First off, the resort is packed beyond belief. It was so overloaded with people and lines that when we tried to make dinner reservations (as soon as we landed there) they simply told us "sorry we're overbooked- every meal every night". This kind of infuriated us because they don't allow you to make reservations ahead of time and supposedly some of these restaurants are a real draw. The other disappointment was trying to get ANY kind of seating around the pool which is important because the beach was not swimmable while we were there (which I guess is the case most of the time on that side of the island). They had really marketed this place as adult only, relaxing getaway and it was anything but because it was so stressful trying to eat or just find a place to lay in the sun. For literally, just a couple hundred more, you can stay at the Jade Mountain Resort- one of the best in the world. I can guarantee a much better experience, just based on location, never mind the amazing amenities!

Lovely staff, great food, clean and comfortable...Overall great resort. Did not like that we didn't get our honeymoon package. Had to ask 4 times and only got the bottle of champagne the day before we left. Also, didn't like how loud the staff was when walking down the halls and when they came to check on the rooms they would knock twice and come on in without waiting for a response. Was expecting it to be a little more quiet and peaceful while in the rooms. Pool area very clean and gorgeous. Lots of water activities including unlimited diving for those that dive. Go into the local market for shopping and local food. On sight photographer to capture your special moments was convenient as well. Lastly, wish there was local food on lunch buffet daily. Find out when they are having jerk chicken because literally it is the best jerk chicken you will have in the islands (even better than in Jamaica)!!!!

Amazing staff and people..great food and beach. Loved the Joe knows tour. Weather was great.

Everything was very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. the food was good but the alcohol was weak. We enjoyed the Land and Sea tour very much and the streetfest was a must see!

We stayed in a butler 2 story veranda suite and couldn't have been happier. We definitely enjoyed having the butler and all the perks that came with the room. Our room was always stalked with drinks, we got free 24 hr room service which we used a lot. The butler would also bring us food from one of the 8 restaurants to either the pool or our room. The food was pretty good at all the restaurants, especially the 6 course french restaurant. I only have one big complaint: we were under the impression that butler rooms got a private car transfer from the airport. Well apparently our room didn't qualify for this so we got shoved into an old bus that could barely make it up the mountains and took 2 hrs to get us to the hotel. This was a pretty bad way to start our vacation. Luckily everything else was great so we had a great time.

This hotel was amazing. The customer service was amazing! The food was delicious. The room was clean and impecable. It was a beautiful resort with everything you need for a relaxing and romantic getaway.

it was a great overall experience. i would love to go back.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience at Sandals La Toc. There are plenty of restaurant options and the fare was certainly above average for "resort" food. There are several pools to choose from but most of the focus is around the Pavilion pool (main deck area). The beach is somewhat small but the water was very clear with good visibility for underwater activities. The attitude of the staff could potentially be improved (not bad, but also not outstanding). I do not like to complain, but I simply did not feel blown away with the staff (there were a few that stood-out but not many). In my experience, St. Lucians outside of the resort were the most interesting and also the most receptive (guided day excursions are the best method to experience the local offerings). We visited Sandals Grande and it seemed to have nicer facilities and a larger and more inviting beach. The main pool area was also more elaborate (I suppose that is the reason it is called the Grande).

This hotel was one of the best I've stayed in! It truly was a paradise for my husband and myself. We recently stayed at La Toc for our honeymoon and were completely amazed at how friendly the staff were, how many activities there were to participate in especially in the evening(including beach and street parties, reggae bands, dances provided by locals) and the incredible service and food we experienced. There are multiple excursions that are also available during the day, however they do cost extra. Yet they are well worth it! We partipated in the "joe knows" tour. It was amazing! The scenery alone is awe inspiring. Go on that tour! FYI: we heard that the same tour is also available at a cheaper rate by individuals advertising on the beach (not affilated with sandals). The only negative I would say is that room service is not available (at least for indivuals staying in the hotel, it may be different for those in villas or suites) and the amount of water sports they offer is not as much as other hotels we've experienced. Our tour guide said the main reason for that is due to the aggressiveness of the ocean in that area. This hotel is one that my husband and I want to return to. We didn't want to come back home!!!

The best trip we ever took. Staff was great, always there to cater to whatever you needed. Lots of great entertainment. Beach was not what we expected, not as nice as we thought it would be. The Grande St. Lucian beach would have been more to our liking.Overall, it was a great experience.

Overall we had a great time, before the Hurricane hit we were able to take a tour of the island. The hotel was ok, I felt other sandals resorts I have been kept up better. After the hurricane the staff was wonderful trying to keep everything as normal as possible. A lot of the staff worked 24/7 despite what personal damage they took own. The management on the other hand was not helpful or compromising at all. The managements customer service was horrible.
