We had two rooms for two couples. One room smelled horribly of smoke. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The internet didn't work and they tried to fix it but couldn't. Tried to get too much furniture in the room blocking one side of the bed. The room was clean but they were outside doors which I would have never stayed at had I known. The breakfast was decent though.

This was a return visit to go to Rocky Mountains National Park. The previous visit was cut short by early snows which closed most of the park.

At check in they were adamant that there was no smoking allowed on the premises, which I was totally fine with as my girlfriend and I are not smokers. I'm assuming they were referring to the other offerings CO is now known for in the state. Overall, the room has all the basic necessities that you would want in a hotel room. TV, Fridge, and Microwave. The breakfast in the morning was great, as you have a lot of options including waffles, eggs, yogurt, and juices. You are approximately a two minute drive from downtown Estes Park and probably 5-10 minutes to any of the numerous hiking trails.

Ok experience. Expensive for this level of motel but they can charge plenty because of location in Estes Park during the fall foliage travel and the elk rut.

It was a very good stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and thought the towels available at the pool were a real convenience. The room was clean and perfect for our needs. We appreciated the safe, the microwave and the refrigerator. Probably the biggest hit was the breakfast served each day as part of the deal. It was so wonderful to get a breakfast with so many choices before we left for our day. The location was ideal. I would definitely book here again next year for the Scot Fest.

It was difficult finding a room in the Estes Park area. So, to be honest, this hotel was not our first choice. I am so glad that we stumbled onto this property. The rooms are large, equipped with a fireplace, and the amenities were wonderful. The complementary breakfast, offered a variety of choices, both hot and cold. The staff were accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and comfortable. The heating/ AC unit was malfunctioning and the heat would not shut off. The nights were stuffy and we slept with a window cracked so as to not wake up sweating.

I came to Estes Park for a 5-day hiking trip. I've been checking in and checking out at inconvenient times (12AM, 4AM), but the staff was totally cool about it. They also held onto my personal belongings for almost an entire week while I was hiking in the Rockies. The amenities are fairly well-rounded for a non-urban setting. The fitness center is kind of small, but does the job. There is a guest laundry room which was very convenient for me. The free breakfast every morning is also great. My room was clean, comfortable, and had no drawbacks whatsoever. The price is somewhat higher than those of other inns in the area, but the Comfort Inn was exactly where I wanted to be after an exhausting hike in the Rockies.

Well received and helped. Good location of the hotel.

Of all the places we stay, there is none better than Comfort Inn, Estes

The staff here were wonderful. We had t make some adjustments due to the way the reservations came through and they were more than happy to accommodate. The room was clean and appropriate for the price.

very nice room , great bathroom! The ammenities are very good . We will stay there again

I had never been to Estes Park before, so I was unsure where to stay. I had also never stayed with Comfort Inn before. But, the room was clean, the folks at the front desk were friendly and the location was right on the main road heading into town (and the Park). If I'm in Estes Park again, I will definitely stay here again. I used the business center and the fridge in my room - both were very welcome.

We went to Rocky Mtn National Park. Hotel was okay; heard the family above us all night; Sliding door sounds from top room; business center was nice to have, as well as an exercise room. Staff was nice. I would not stay here again because it just was not as nice a hotel as I am used to.

Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful when our AC broke. The hot tub was fabulous after hiking all day in RMNP. Room was clean and large. Breakfast was nice. Great location for RMNP.

We met with friends, went to the Park, saw elk, attended the arts in the park and the antiques show. The weather could have been better. We liked our hotel room. It was clean and we liked the extras, such as the small fridge, the microwave and the coffee pot. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Great service, close to downtown, good breakfast, very quiet place, management was friendly. Overall the experience was a good one. It was quiet close to national park, sports rentals and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay there. There was only one computer in the lobby, if you have your own laptop you shudnt have any problem.

This hotel proudly displays the chain's "Platinum Award" above the fireplace in the lobby, and it's well deserved. You simply can't do better at this price in Estes Park, it's head and shoulders above the rest. The rooms are spotless, the breakfast is excellent, the staff are efficient and courteous, the WiFi is the best I've experienced at a hotel, the location is very close to wherever you want to be - just a short walk down to the lake and the downtown area. Just amazing quality compared to the other hotels in Estes Park. And free cookies!!!

Price was relatively high for a Comfort Inn, but everything in Estes is expensive in summer. Our AAA discount helped. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Room was on back side of motel, no traffic noise. Internet was good. Shower was virtually unusable -- alternated between scalding and frigid every 20-30 seconds.

Hotel was very clean, quite, and only 2 miles from mainstreet shops and dinning.

Thank you for staying at our property. About our internet, we had our IT company come out and restart the internet. He had his laptop by your father in-laws laptop. His worked, your father in-laws didn't. Your husband said that his father's computer had a virus. Before I had the IT company come in you did say your father in-laws room smelled like smoke, all of us didn't smell any smoke. At check out your father in-law did say the room had a smoke smell. We apologized for the that and thanked him for letting us know. I looked at your reservation and you went through Expedia. It looks like Expedia (which is a third party site) didn't pull in that these are exterior rooms. That is one draw back to reserving rooms on a third party site. Thank you for noting that our breakfast was nice. The next time you visit Estes Park, I hope you will find a property that you will enjoy.
