This is an older hotel but seems to be kept up. The room was clean and provided everything I needed. Hotel site said breakfast but there was only a paper sack OJ, mini honey bun, bar & yogurt. There was some kind of loud noise off and on all night and morning. Never determined what it was. Vibrated the room at times. Very annoying!
Stuffy moldy smell in room.
The only issue was no breakfast and the pool was closed because of Covid, but this was not the hotels fault.
Chairs worn and furniture in bad repair. Needs improvements
Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, but the property apparently is in the middle of repairs/updates.
Is just accross from Walmart and Bojangles. Also there is a convenient store/gas station nextdoor.
Conviently located right off the main road. Clean rooms, nice toiletries, comfortable bed with good linens.
my family booked about 10 rooms over this past werkend for graduation festivities and upon arrival was told we would have to wait someone quite they were short handed. never came and told us when rooms were ready we had to continue to check. some of our rooms were missing tvs and microwaves. feel like they should have been prepared knowing graduation season was approaching. breakfast was horrible but on the bright side the wifi was great. i guess it was ok for such a rural area but i wouldnt stay here again.
The facility was not worth the price. The TV remote had battery taped in with packing tabe and did not work. The AC was on full with off selected. Had to put extra pillows over vents, and used second set of covers. The doors to the closet were not secured and fell out. The refrigerator was very loud. Clock in room not available. Internet logged you out ever few minutes requiring re log in. Staff was excellent. After sign in with Orbitz was told I lost my 10% military discount.
20 minutes to check in as front desk person took calls and talked room assignments with callers for their stay 3 weeks from this day...tv set on SAP so had subtitles - staff couldn't get them off (finally I figured it off)... bathtub had mat glued down inside tub and felt like tub was cracked under....room would not stay at 69 degrees without ac surging on all night (it was 60 outside)...there was no phone in the room...clock radio alarm kept going off so had to unplug
The woman who was working the desk, Sissy, was absolutely phenomenal and deserves recognition. She went out of her way to help the guests and make them comfortable. We were passing through and when we came down for breakfast she had looked up directions for us overnight so we could avoid the closed roads from the flooding. She tried to help as many people that had suffered from the floods as possible and was very personable. The room was nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was a nice stay.
The building was horrible. The gym equipment was dangerous and had no warning signs. The room was ok. The staff were nice. I would say that Best Western doesn't care!-
Clean room and great staff. They had a great breakfast. Great Value
Unfortunately, they had a problems with ants. Hallways had no air conditioning and also we had problems opening the room door. Employees were very pleasant.
paid for 1 room 2 double beds and had to rent additonal rooms due to having only 1 room 2 single beds cost more than twice what I paid for rooms in Greenville,nc...Will be gong back to Greenville for other rooms
