La Quinta Inn & Suites Rockwall

Stay at La Quinta at Rockwall TX was a good experience, prefer to stay there on our next visit.

Good rooms for a decent price. Not the most safe residents and area.

Good location in the heart of Rockwall and quick access to 30. Rooms, pool, breakfast, and parking were just ok. Nothing bad nothing great.

Check in was a breeze. Very friendly staff. Hotel is clean and modern located in a very area that felt very safe. The room was as pictured and quite comfortable. The room was very quiet. Breakfast was fresh and selection was more than adequate.

From the initial contact with Kortnee (I think), our desk clerk, everything and everybody treated us like family. I wish there would be more staffs like this everywhere. It sure would make travelling easier on everyone. Janet Wilhite

Loved the hotel and can't wait to come back and experience even more of their amenities.

It was a really nice place and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change would be the breakfast selection. It's like most they have a lot of carbs would have liked to see some more fresh fruit, i.e. peaches, honeydew melon, etc. But I will book here everytime I come to Rockwall.

Normally I would have selected a differnet hotel; but since i've stayed. I have new attitude towards La Quinta; everything was excellent from the staff to the rooms.

The hotel was some what noisey but doable. All three mornings, there were from one to three dogs with their owners in the breakfast area. One guy even carried his dog along while he was at the breakfast bar area fixing his meal. There were also grown people in the eating area bare footed. I love and have dogs but this is way too much for me.

The hotel is set way back off the frontage row and I had to call to find it. Some deferred maintenance in the shower area and the carpets. The bed was comfortable and it was back from traffic so no external noise but the interior walls and floors not well insulated so neighbor noise was prevalent.
