There was a screaming baby in the room next to me and staff was really nice about letting me move rooms. However, a housekeeper knocked on my door at 7:50 am the next day. Didn’t say anything just walked away. Internet also did not work

I was not checked in promptly and someone who came in after me was checked in while I watched The service on Friday nite at the Restaurant was slow and I was ignored for 20 minutes
We paid for a pool and did not get a pool. We were very disappointed. You think you might have done something toi make up for it. NO ONE CARED!!!!! SO do you think we are going to stay at a Shareton that says we have a pool, but does not?
Very clean, great location- close to metro station so easy trip into DC. Surprisingly, dinner in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. - Minor complaints- AC very noisy, coffee maker filter pads wrong size- made a mess. Staff was wonderful, friendly, helpful. This was our second stay here we will go back!
House keeping was very thorough. We wish there was still a pool.

Slept very well on the beds, had to figure out turning off the odd lamps. Food was good from the restaurant
Digital key card takes several attempts to actually work, in-room coffee machine doesn't work, ironing board is broken and collapses if there's too much pressure on it, ice machine on 2nd floor didn't dispense ice, outlet in bathroom is protruding from wall. It's one thing if a few of these issues existed but the fact that there's these many problems with our stay is concerning.
