This is a GREAT opportunity for someone looking to spend the Winter in Rockport, Texas. A cozy 3 bedroom, 3 bath bay home with private fishing pier and plenty of outdoor spaces! The main home is UPSTAIRS -- kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs is a separate bedroom and bathroom with its own entry. Perfect for when the kids come down to see you, or you want to have friends come visit for a weekend! All bedrooms have queen sized beds, the upstairs bathrooms both have tub/ shower combo and the bathroom downstairs is shower only.
Everything you need to have an enjoyable winter is already in the home, cleaning supplies, extra linens, washer+ dryer, etc. And the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd need to prepare any meal. The home is less than ten minutes from Walmart, Dollar Tree, HEB, Walgreens and all of Rockport-Fulton's great dining and shopping.
There's a large covered outdoor space downstairs, beautiful deck upstairs and a private 200 ft lighted fishing pier with fish cleaning station. What more do you need?
The home is priced right, $2000/ mo until Spring break, and yes, we are allowing rentals through April. What are you waiting for?
