Big rooms. Partially updated. Pleasant staff. It’s 6:30am what else do you want me to say. I don’t know why this review has to be long to submit it

The telephone doesn’t work. The tv controls are 50% effective. The furnishings are old. It’s somewhat clean. When we checked in no one was at the desk. The staff was friendly. But the whole vibe here is odd

First the good. The hotel is in a very convenient location just off the freeway. The room is basically a big studio apartment it is very nice to have the kitchen facilities. The room was fairly clean. The not so good. The free breakfast consisted of special k bars and prepackaged muffins. The sheets were worn thin and scratchy. The room had a smoke smell although it was a non-smoking room. If I'm passing through Rockford again I will choose one of the many near by hotels, and recommend others do the same

In an earlier visit I had been shown an exquisite room, beautifully furnished, fully stocked kitchen, and the most comfortable bed I have ever laid on in a hotel. What I got was lumpy concrete bed, dark, dingy room, waxy carpet and empty kitchen. Not even a coffee maker. Refrigerator was so loud you could hardly hear the noise from the strip club next door! No ice machine and breakfast consisted of granola bars. No bath amenities save a small round bar of soap. Day staff was helpful but evening staffer's only response to any question was 'I don't know' even when asked about connection to the internet. There is a second Extended Stay about a block away that might be better. Or you can choose a Motel 6 where they usually have coffee, donuts and ice.

Rooms are clean and large. The bed was pretty hard though. I guess I would have liked to have had more choice for breakfast. We didn't want to cook or use kitchen facilities since we were only there 3 nights. The staff was excellent.

Attentive and friendly staff, nice breakfast display, clean and affordable rates for rooms

Extended Stay America is a nice place . I like this place, clean, nice beds and goog value..

It was very comfortable, friendly staff, and I'll stop there again!

1. The hotel name is different what you provided. 2. I get itching after one night stay. Then I don't have any problem after I left the place.

We stayed two nights and enjoyed the use of the kitchenette for diner one night and breakfast the next morning. Full stove, refrigerator with freezer (ice cubes) microwave, toaster, coffee maker and place settings for two. Located with all the other chain hotels so still had to drive into downtown Rockford. Rockford is a nice place to visit, fun park district activities at a low cost.

Noisy refrigerator. Overcharges for pets $25. Poor breakfast selection. Probably would not stay again.

We had reservations for a late check in. The reservation desk greeted us with smile and assured us the room was ready. She gave us accurate directions to the room and parking. We had stayed in this motel before under another name. The bright colors used with the refurbishing were great. The room was bright, clean, very comfortable. The food we had brought was easily stored in the full size refrigerator including a full size watermelon! Our miniature Schnauzer was happy with the neatly mown grassy areas for walking. We plan to stay again.

great hotel, friendly staff, first choice of hotels whenever i stay in rockford!!!!!!!

Good value for money. The breakfast is less than stellar and the rooms are a bit small for a studio with kitchen.

Stay was uneventful. I stayed 5 nights was promised a "room freshening" mid-stay and did not receive one. In- room HVAC is extremely noisy so it's difficult to sleep. Otherwise, hotel is not bad for the value.

BAD choice as this was a last minute trip and had to settle for what was available. Reservation clearly stated "non-smoking" yet when arrived was informed all that was available was a smoking room. Wow, smoking room was more like sleeping in a smoke filled room. The odor was horrific. Stayed out of room from 1530 until 2330 with airconditioner going full blast and room still reeked. Bed was very worn and was more like a hammock. Room was clean and staff we very polite. But, what do you stay for, a good nights sleep. That was not had.

Room had a funny aroma, but clean, price wasn't bad and plus it had a kitchen area w/ full size fridge and all !

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Loved all the amenities and the size of the rooms. It is not the fanciest of hotels, but it definitely provides one of the best values you will find in any hotel.

Everything worked out as it was suppose to. We especially liked the first floor location.

We just needed to stay one night, but it's nice to have such a spacious room for the same rates as other hotels charge for smaller spaces. The room was neat and clean and the staff very pleasant. Hotel is located in a great central location, close to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again.
