Friendly front desk, excellent breakfast with omelets, cold cereal, oatmeal, toast, yogurt. Clean room. TV wasn't working properly but a solution was found immediately.

It was comfortable for the overnight stay. The location was perfect since it was near a lot of places to dine and the shopping mall was not that far away either.

A inn with excellent beds that insured a good night's rest. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was the perfect stop for someone on a budget.

It was clean. Nice staff. It is not the Ritz It is a nice chain hotel room if you are looking for a clean safe place to go to sleep. So if you are looking for that and looking to spend an arm and a leg this is your place. If you consider your hotel room part of your vacation experience and want all the bells and whistles. Then you need to find a different hotel and look to spend twice the amount for your stay

Staff was very courteous, friendly, and attentive.

Stayed here unexpectedly overnight after a flight cancellation. Got there late but the staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful.

The front desk people were great. Not only with me but with the other customers ahead of me in line. You get what you pay for at this hotel. Nothing fancy, but clean.

My daughter and I were in town to attend a women's conference at Rockford First church. We also visited my granddaughter attending the Focus One Program at the same church. This hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was fresh and everything there we needed. The bed was comfortable and everything was well kept. We had a very pleasant experience.

It was great I'd com anytime the breakfast was ok.

There isn't much I can say about this place that is good. The woman at the desk when I checked in was very nice and helpful. That's about it. When I walked into the room, it was incredibly cold. I immediately went to turn on the heat. I followed the instructions written by the thermostat to turn it on (including going to the baseboard heater and flipping the switch to heat), but it never got warm at all. On top of that, the window is single pain glass that creates a huge draft and also let in the noise of the idling semis next door. It was late and I was too tired to ask to switch hotels, so I just slept in sweats all night to stay warm. The room in general was just a very cheap, dingy room. The bed was decently comfortable and the furniture seemed somewhat new, but everything else was borderline falling apart. The breakfast was just okay in the morning - waffles, gross cheese omelets, oatmeal (it was all gone), and toast were my options. I checked out this morning even though I need to stay one more night in Rockford and will be booking with another hotel.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was decent. The cheesy omelet and waffles raised the quality of the breakfast. Staff was personable. The only detraction was the used towel still hanging on the back of the bathroom door. They removed it promptly when I called the front desk. The area was nice and quiet. The rate we got booking in advance was a good discount from the rate someone got who walked up.

It was OK for the money. The location was convenient, but the facility was kind of old.

Staff was super friendly and hotel was very clean. Breakfast was decent also. It was a wonderful experience.

Very handy location. Near expressway and many good restaurants in the area.

Like I said in the title. But the staff was friendly and I thought it was fine for the money spent. I did not try the continental breakfast.

The hallways (and even a little bit in the room) definitely smelled like somebody smoke a pack or two back in the day. But otherwise, there was nothing to complain of. The room and bathroom itself were very clean. The staff was very friendly. I did not try the continental breakfast (I had my heart set on eating at Johnny Pamcakes on State Street).

We were in Rockford for a wedding across the street at the Tower. Easy walk across the street at half the price, if not less than half. In other words, party at the wedding, hang out with folks in their rooms staying at the spendy hotel, stagger across the street (without driving) to crash. One guest was a little noisy in the morning, but waffles and a decent breakfast for free makes up for it. I good stay for the thrifty traveler. Front staff was VERY friendly and accomodating, so that always helps.

Very kind and friendly staff. loved everything about the hotel. just wish thete was a pool for my little girl. i also loved the ability to bring my dog with me and have him there as well. definately will go back if ever in rockford.

My wife and I walked into the room knowing we were not at a 5 star hotel but WOW a surprise. The room smelled like urane. when we asked the maide to please give us something to get rid of the smell she sprayed something on the floor and opened the window. Some of the towels in the bathroom were so so yellow along with our pillow cases. My wife wanted to leave so bad but all other hotels were taken due to a large tournanment going on. The staff were very friendly but our room was really bad

The staff was very friendly but unfortunately the hotel was flawed. The towels were stained, the bed was like sleeping on rocks, the ceiling was stained and cracked, the air conditioner was convoluted and the entire place smelled as though it was rotting. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, a recommendation that I hate to make because the staff really made the place welcoming.
