I called at 3:30pm to tell them the tv was broken and they said they would send someone. At 5pm I called again and the desk clerk said the server guy left but she would look at it. At 6:30pm we called again and she said to try something we did and it worked. Why couldn’t she have told me that at 3:30pm. We were not happy sitting in the room for three hours and with nothing to do.

The room was clean and the staff was pleasant in their interactions. The only downside was the extremely loud heavy equipment trucks being started up outside early in the morning. I get it though. I was informed by my family that the railroad contracts with the hotel. Over all a good experience. I would stay there again.
I understand that this travelodge is located is a remote town, still not an excuse for a property chain like this one to not maintain thier rooms. Our coffee pot was broken, the door to get into the room would not open you literally would have to through your whole body against the door to get in or out of the room. Then we are told be the front desk that if we are not out of the room by 6am the room would not be serviced/clean.
Well worth the price. Clean and updated and very good free breakfast at diner. Thumbs up
The 24 hour diner is a really nice touch. The free breakfast was really good too.
They lost my reservation took a while to get everything cleared up. But the evening person was calm and efficient to help me even though the line was backed up
Guest services at this hotel are amazing. I really enjoyed that this hotel is located right off of the freeway and it has a 24-hour diner in a safe location.

After driving many hours, we stayed here because they allowed our Australian Shepherd. We were more than happy with our experience. The rooms were very nice, clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Check in was snap.
