Do not stay here. Do not stay here. Ramada should be embarrassed to allow this place to use their flag.
I planned a short trip for me and my doggie. This hotel was very inexpensive and my room was clean - my only complaint is they put us right next to the lobby and there was a lot of noise which my doggie kept wanting to react to
Over prices I have to pay 100$ a night Room was clean only a bed , air conditioning full of dirty micro dust , crockroach, wall painting pill off , carpet was damp ( first floor) Non smoking room had previously customer smoked in the room we had to changed the room this hotel wroth only 40$ a night will not go back to stay in ramada hotel anywhere
The hotel was under construction - I guess we can chalk that up to bad timing. The front desk staff was unsatisfactory. The check-in person was fine, but the afternoon and evening gentleman was totally unacceptable. The Wi-Fi offered was non-functioning in my room. The hallway had an odor to it, and the ceiling was chipping in multiple places in the bathroom. The room was decent, but you can easily see this was not a top tier establishment not even a mid-tier. I was disappointed!
I travel to Florida at least 4 times a year. This is the area I stop at on my two day trip. The room was comfortable but the TV remote, light switches, desk surfaces were not clean. The light in the bathroom was not working and the wifi was out. The refrigerator was not working right. Someone left the fridge door open and the freezer was filled with ice. The staff told me that they would turn my problems over to maintenance. I read other reviews who voiced the same concerns.
I was driving from New York after 15 hours ride, and that was the only reason why I did not leave the hotel once I walked into the room that was old, bathroom at Rusty, and it was not clean
If you only plan to stay one night, this hotel can be utilized for just that. I would not recommend if you are looking for luxury.
The showers were steamy hot, it was quiet and cozy. The building and furniture need to update.
From the looks of the building C it has been under reconstruction for sometime with no progress. Rooms were a unclean to the eye but towels and sheet seem fairly clean. With a hotel like this one, this is a case of you get what you pay for and for the price it is what you would expect!
The beds were comfortable and that's about the only positive thing I can say. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and the non-smoking room slightly less so. The bathtub had been painted with some sort of latex material and was actually peeling off the bathtub. The bathroom door looks as if it were the bystander in some sort of fight and would drag along the floor when opened or closed. The carpet was old and dirty. The staff was cleaning the rooms. The towels and sheets appeared to be clean, but the room was so badly in need of a renovation it was difficult to notice that anything had been cleaned. There is a nice farmer market across the street.
This Hotel is NOT a 3 star!! It had to be the worst Hotel I've ever stayed in. It smelled really bad, the appearance was awlful! We are a traveling softball team so we are in Hotels every weekend and I must say this was the first time I have ever been scared going to and from the room! The bedspreads had stains all over them and were loosing the stuffing all over the room, the sheets were stained, no hot water, no iron, no microwave, floor stained and the room was just DIRTY period!. I go by star rating when I book and I was appalled at the appearance! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!
the staff was very good, friendly, helpful the breakfast bar needs more items, fruit the hotel is old and this has been used in my evaluation yes i will stay thier again for the value it cant be beat for this location
The rooms need new carpet bad. The breakfast was not what I expected from a Ramada. The coffee was weak and the food was minimal. The onsite bar was an eye opener for my companion who has always been fairly sheltered. Definitely not family friendly.
The air conditioner did not work - it just blew out semi-warm air. The baseboards were peeling from the wall. There was no hair dryer, so a maintenance man brought one, but instead of just handing me a hair dryer - went through the process of screwing it into the bathroom wall. When used, the dryer shut off every 1 or 2 minutes and took 5 more minutes to work again. By the time I was done showering I was standing in water half-way up my leg. The best thing about this hotel stay was the fact they refunded my money.
This is an older hotel. Room was clean but bathroom door had a hole in it and rug had grimy spots. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Hot waffles, coffee, cereal and muffins. Close to the interstate. I would stay again.
We were on the 2nd floor, and there was leaks from the roof on both sides of the building....the carpet in the stair well was soaked, and mildew smell in the stair well, and small buckets to catch the water were full at the end of the hall way.
I knew as soon as I walked in the lobby that I was staying in a dive of a hotel. The front lobby reeked of molded onions. The lady working the desk took no less than 20 minutes to get me checked in. Unfortunately I had been traveling for 13 hours and it was very late in the evening. The floors leading up to and including the actual room I was assigned was filthy. The bedroom had a pungent odor, so bad I refused to open my suitcase. I slept on top of the bed (fully dressed) and tried to sleep as well as I could. When I got up I showered as quickly as possible, after cleaning hair off of the shower surround, and exited as soon as possible. I will never stay here again or any other Ramada Inn. If I had to do it all over again I would have slept in my car.
You can tell the hotel was really nice at one time.
Lobby stinks from attached bar & entire hotel smelled moldy
The check in was fine. On the way to the room we noticed it was not very clean. In the room there was an iron board and no iron. The heater/ac on the wall literally fell apart when it was lightly touched. Dirt in the hallwall where at one point there might have been a soda machine. After seeing the building condition certainly did not want to eat breakfast there. If I had not already paid for the room I would have left. Slept in my clothes because was not sure how clean the sheets were. There was an empty blow dryer holder on the wall. No blow dryer.
