This was a quality place to stay. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast ran out by 7:15 and had to ask the lady at the desk to refill the hot bar. She was nice about it and did so but it delayed our departure by 30 minutes while we waited for the breakfast. With that being said, the hot bar was very tasty. We had options of biscuits and gravy with potatoes. There was also a waffle maker as well. Very pleased.

Rooms, and the hotel were excellent. Clean, and comfortable. Definitely will be my number one choice when I am in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Clarion Pointe! The room, and all the public areas were super clean and very nice! The staff were all very friendly and so kind to our children, and even remembered which sporting events they were competing in that weekend! The owner Rupa is a gem and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! We will definitely be back!
It was a leak in the ceiling in my room and the shower didn’t work the day I checked out.

They do not have an elevator, so if you are on the 2nd floor be prepared to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs. My husband just had back surgery so I had to carry everything which was annoying, but not a huge deal. Just wish I had know that in advance.
We stopped here for the night on a family trip and will definitely consider stopping here again next time we come through and need a break. The hotel was very clean and beds comfortable. The folks at the front desk were friendly and accommodating.
I had purchased a $2 drink earlier and told them to charge it to the card on file. I received a call from the front desk at 10:30 pm letting me know that the transaction didn’t go through and that I needed to go bring another card. While I totally understand that I needed to pay for it, 10:30 pm was not a good time. We were already asleep. It was very disrespectful.

Very clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and professional. Check in and out was smooth. Wifi/Internet was very, very, very slow. Breakfast was underwhelming. Room lighting could be improved. Overall, a very good stay but could be improved.
The hotel is nicely upgraded but does not have an elevator. It’s clear that The owners spared no expense in the upgrade and renovation of this hotel. Don’t expect the amenities that you would see in hotels in larger cities or it to be fancy. But, for the area it’s a nice hotel. The rooms are large and spacious and the beds are very comfortable.
