I picked this place because of the hot tub and pool and they did not work for the four days I was there.Went to take a bath in the bathtub and the stopper would not hold water. Had to get my door key reprogrammed multiple times, but the shuttle was good and timely

Would not recommend old and never updated. Would not stay again

Excellent Hotel, Very Clean and comfortable and Nice large Pool and Jacuzi, a small distance from lobby inside is a Rustic Bar attached, Front Desk staff Very helpful and polite, Highly recommended !!

Dirty-stained shower mat, dirty sheets, clogged shower drain

It's not according to my other Wyndham hotels standard. It looks more like motel!

Checked in, watched a little TV, went to bed, got up. Coffee in the room, no breakfast of any kind provided.

I was very disappointed in checking in and finding the pool was closed for maintenance, that was one of the features of choosing this hotel. Also we had no warm or hot water for showers both days we were there.

Disappointed that the pool was closed. Also that you had to pay extra for breakfast.

The room was very comfortable. The pillows were nice and soft. I slept like a baby. But there was hair in the bathroom and the toilet was not clean. The front desk clerk was not friendly. I walked up to the front desk and she just stood there staring at me insread of acknowledging I was there.

Really good location. Close to mall and stores. Walking distance to some good food- bbq and steak place. Close drive to downtown. Will def stay again and tell others to go there! Rooms were clean and modern as well.

A+ friendly staff, newly updated rooms, what more could you ask for!

I called the hotel and also looked at it online, it sounded wonderful. From the moment we arrived there were concerns. We tried to stay positive but it was a downhill experience! First we were told to park on the side and use the side door ... our cards wouldn't work on the door, we then went to front and walked to our room, cards didn't work again, we had them recoded and they still didn't work, so after the fourth attempt they worked. The hot tub was lukewarm and the jets just bubbled. We paid extra for a patio and the furniture kept being taken by people who were drinking near the pool area. People partied loudly around the pool till after 1am. Though the pool closed at 11 they left the pool furniture outside for those partying. The night clerk was extremely rude and had the worst customer service skills. Will not stay again! The rooms were updated but small.

Overnight stay for appointment at mayo. Clean...comfortable...no frills but perfect to catch a good nights sleep.

Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints. Price was inexpensive. Nice. They were remodeling on floors 1 & 2 so they put us on 4th floor. Had no disturbance from remodel. Breakfast very basic.

Very comfortable and clean room. However, there is renovating going on and we were not able to use the fitness equipment. Also, there was noise from adjoining room. The dining room had friendly staff, the food was very good and the prices were reasonable.

Very good. The shuttle to Mayo was very helpful. Air conditioner was nosy.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice, comfortable, friendly place to stay. The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and clean, the free breakfast was good, and the pool area was very nice. It had a very large hot tub, a nice pool, and a kiddie pool. I hope this review is helpful, because we based our choice on other reviews, and were pleased with the results.

The hotel accommodations were better than I expected and I was comfortable. I was very pleased that the staff had no problem with me bringing my dog to their hotel. They even provided a grassy area out back that was equipped with clean-up bags. The front desk provided me with directions to a Rochester dog park, so the dog got a chance to stretch his legs. If you drive/walk about ¾ mile west from the hotel, there’s a walking trail along the river that the dog liked, too.
