Reason being for scores is room was very cold.Property had room temperature on a set mode.Meaning temperature in room wouldn’t go past 51 for room with temp being 18 degrees outside.Which had the floors in room freezing.Wood vinyl type material.Also room had no remote for tv.On top of it smoke detector chirped the entire time there due to dying batteries.Room’s next to me had guests going in and out all night with doors slamming.Won’t stay again.
I didn't like the breakfast options. They use to have eggs, sausage and pastries. Now they have make your own waffles, yogurt and coffee. The juice machine didn't always work. I lived on coffee for breakfast though out my stay.
The tv sutuation was a mess. Unable to conect,unadle to watch certain things w no account. Should have thrown it out the window.

They checked me into a room that was already occupied. Then double charged me for the room. I demand a refund!

It was nice that staff changed my room on request because of a not so quiet dog in next room. Toilet in my bathroom was wobbly though, the whole system was loose not just the seat but I did not had time to report while I was at property.
We did not like that we had to pay extra for parking in the motel lot. At least that is what I was told when my bill was more than what was quoted when I made my reservations. Also, the orange juice sucked. I tasted and it was poured down the drain. Also, have been to other breakfasts and had scrambled eggs and link sausage. Also, since no one at desk when left key was placed in a basket. Not happy with that because anyone could pick up my keep go to my room and trash it and I would be help responsible. Should be a locked drop box to put keys in. Have had stayed at other Super I's and never had the above issues. Will think again before reserving a room with Super 8.
This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. Rooms, hallways and entrances were dirty. Linens and towels were dingy. We only had one towel and one wash cloth in our room for the two of us. We waited at the front desk for over 20 minutes after asking a staff person where the front desk staff person was. The entire hotel smelled bad. Trash was overflowing in the entryways. Breakfast was bad and the staff took up most of the tables. The staff who was in charge of breakfast was rude. Based on this stay, we will never stay at a Super 8 again.
Dog friendly grounds and room. Very comfortable. Large TV and fire stick. Breakfastt was decent, could have used a protein option.
Property has been in perpetual repair since 2020. Parking lot looks like a storage area. Breaksfast advertised but not available. Room was dark and cold. Everything looked used and dated. Baragain basement feel or less.
This property is under construction which we would have overlooked without a problem, however, the room was filthy. Dirty towels hanging on the shower rod. Floors were dirty. Twice during our stay a staff member knocked and just walked in. One of the times we were in various states of undress. The outside back parking lot was littered with old broken chairs and trash. No breakfast was served as advertised. We will never go back.
