No comforter available for second bed, temperature control issues in room, ice machines didn't work.
Where to start? 1 elevator out of order and by the reviews it’s been out for months, no ice in any machines in hotel, pool out of service (again for months), staff wearing pajama pants or camouflage, drawers on dresser didn’t stay closed, someone sleeping in the business center. While we were there we witnessed someone who had someone else try to enter their room because the staff assigned it to another guest and the police needing to be called because the staff did nothing about people fighting and making noise at midnight. This location seems to be circling the drain and no one on staff cares. The staff we interacted with were nice enough but just not equipped to run a hotel.
The staff were very nice. One elevator was not working, the 1st floor ice machine was not working and apparently the air conditioning was not working well as it was horribly hot in the lobby and common areas.

Front desk person wasn't there and no sign when they would be back. Very noisy. We will unfortunately not be staying here anymore. We have been coming here to go to Mayo for 2 years but last 2 times it's been too noisy in the middle of the night on a week day. This is a very nice property but management needs upgrade
It was a basic hotel. Staff were nice. The one thing we didn’t like was the noise, we could hear noise from the hallway and from outside.
Shower didn't have much pressure, beds were a bit uncomfortable/hard
