We stayed 1 night and were very pleased with hotel staff and our room. It has a free shuttle going to Mayo clinic, but we did not use that. Enjoyed swimming laps in the indoor pool. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Heating worked as it should. Water was hot. All things taken for granted until you don't have them at an inferior motel.

This place has plenty of good things about it: well priced kitchenette with big fridge, dishwasher, and two stove plates, along with a few utensils and plates. Plenty of TV channels, better than most hotels. Big room. But it has a lot of problems: bathtub doesn't drain for a shower so you stand dirty in water from the moment you step in, bathroom was dirty, pillowcase was dirty, countertops were dirty. Looked like the room hadn't been properly cleaned and didn't even have towels. Back "security" door doesn't usually shut so anyone could walk in. They put a note under your door to call zero for the front desk when you want to check out--I called zero, got put through to a holding message. Why??? And the room I booked through Orbitz looked out on a wall ten feet away, probably the worst room in a very large hotel with no more than 20 cars outside it that night. I like the good parts, hate to have to put up with the bad parts.

Great value, good location. Friendly and helpful staff, the few times we needed anything. Not old rooms but not new, comfortable beds and linens. Super nice cleaning staff. Breakfast was convenient, but what you expect for the price. Get a deluxe room (larger) if you have more than 4 guests. Good pool area, could use a few more tables and chairs. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Decent location if you have appointments at the clinic or the hospitals. The hotel was clean and decently decorated. We didn't stay for the breakfast. It was noisy. At 5 AM doors were banging. I also heard noise from the highway all night. The woman who checked us in was SUPER NICE!! She brought a wheel chair back to the elevator for my brother to use because I had asked her if she had any rooms closer to the elevator because sometimes he cannot walk a long distance.

Very good continental breakfast. Close to the hospital. Reasonable price

Nice pool area. Good breakfast, but should add different choices.

We stayed in a jaquzzi room, and I enjoyed the tub for hours. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location and price were great. We'll stay here again!

I booked and paid through orbitz, but the hotel took my credit card information (I figured for incidentals) and they charged me a second time. Still working to get it cleared up. I needed a room close to the hospital to be near my friend, and wasn't expecting much for the price. What I got was a room with stains on the carpet, paint peeling in both the room and the bathroom, rock hard beds, and a fight in the hallway.

Great, except beds were old and uncomfortable! Didn't sleep well

Our stay was much better than I expected after checking reviews and pictures. Big room, great breakfast with hot items. Friendly stuff. We did not stay there because of the clinic, but as I saw the faicilities it should be a perfect stay because of that if needed.

Overnight only for medical education. Why do you keep asking me for more details?

I love that they have shuttles to the Mayo Clinic - The breakfast staff is friendly and clean!

Room was dirty and old. Blankets stunk, really bad! The bathroom was nasty; couldn't see yourself in the mirror, hair in the bathtub, screws missing from light switches, hair on the bed, rips on the chair, etc. The pool was FREEZING and the hot tub made our eyes burns within 2 min of being in it! It was NOT what I was expecting! I will search for something else next time I need to stay in Rochester, MN.

Good hotel for a relax weekend, big room with desk and table, average continental breakfast

The location was perfect just a few minutes away from any major attractions, shopping and a little over an hour from Mall Of America. The facility is always clean & secure and the staff and maintenance crew is top notch. I have already booked another stay and the pricing is right.

the room was nice but not much for seating to relax and watch tv

I stayed for 4 nights and was impressed with this place. Clean when I arrived, cleaned consistently. I got a junior executive suite which meant I had a full sized fridge, stove, microwave, couch, recliner... and a dishwasher! Granted, I didn't use most of it because I wasn't there enough (I was visiting relatives) but for what I paid it was a great deal. You'll pay more than staying at one of the ultra-cheaps (e.g. Motel 6 etc.) but it's well worth it in my opinion. They also have an indoor pool (it was January so no one used it, lol) and a small exercise room which I thought was a big plus for a well kept place that doesn't charge an arm and a leg. I'll be back in Rochester in the summer and plan on booking here again. BTW, it adjoins Famous Dave's barbecue, and you get 15 off if you show them your key card. And since it was -7 when I was there, it was nice not even needing to go outside to go to the restaurant.

Extremely kid friendly. We had a great time, good breakfast, and happy with later check out!

We had a quick trip to Rochester for a doctor's appointment. The hotel was a lot nicer and bigger then I expected. We didn't get a lot of time to check everything out. The room was okay, the hall smelled like weed. Overall, the stay was okay.
