We needed a room because we had to leave our house for 2 days of some work being done It served our needs.

Decent hotel for the price. Loved the room, check in as kind of a pain though. Overall decent experience.

we arrived at the hotel for check in and had to wait about 30 min to get checked in because no one was at the front desk and nor could they be found. the entrance and hallway had dirt and small pieces of garbage all over the floor. the room was not too dirty but could have been cleaned a little better.

This was our 2nd stay here, & once again we had an awesome experience. We got a studio room w/ full kitchen for under $70, what a deal! It was spacious & very clean. Its close to so many great restaurants & the mall, minutes from downtown. Will definitely be back!

If you frequently stay in Extended Stay hotels, then you know what to expect. Unlike many other Extended Stays this one didn't have a pool. Also, we didn't have shampoo in our room. Other than that, it was the very regular stay at Extended Stay.

Awesome place for long time stay. Food and shopping close by. I would recommend to family and friends.

Room was neat and clean. Hotel was well kept and grounds were very nice with Ducks and ponds and ducklings as well.

I've stayed here before. The cleanliness of the rooms are a hit or miss. Last time the room was very clean, but this time it was very dirty. Location is good.

I stayed for a week and was treated very well; the staff were more than helpful. The room was great. This is not 5 star accommodations but the value is unsurpassed.

Very clean and well equipped. Quite, comfortable and convenient,. A good value but validate room rates.

I arrived very late... had no issues there. That's about the only good thing I can say. Lets keep it to the point... my room was NOT clean! There was toothpaste in the bathroom sink & hair on the floor!! The toilet was questionable too :( I had to go to the nearest store and purchase Lysol wipes and sanitize EVERYTHING, before I could even relax!!! Sheets were clean, but I was leary of the comforter. Needless to say... sometimes you truly get what you pay for!! Needed to save money, was picking up my kid from RIT for the summer. Already costly trip from AZ!! But will definitely fork over the extra dough on the return trip!! Stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites the last time, for around the same price. And it was much much better!!! Very nice scenery and quiet area. I enjoyed watching the family of Ducks that lived in the pond, on the premises! Yes, that's the highpoint of my stay. LOL

Before I book on Online I read the reviews and while having tea at a restaurant we went online & booked it in couple of minutes... and the best part is I was not asked to sign in and create an account, just booked it and we were on our way to see the nice room. Front desk need to be warmer person and we did not feel welcomed and it was the only place where we had to to sign some kind of waivers, not only me, but my partner too, which was very weird. Also, it was strange to have fridge, iron board, microwave, sink, some cookware, but no hair dryer!

The staff was very accomodating. That was what I found was most notable. I was disappointed that I was not given a non smoking room as requested more than two months prior and which I had confirmed less than a week prior. The TV did not work, but the staff seemed grateful when I informed them of the problem so they could correct it for the next guest. The room was not equipped with a hair dryer, but it was available at the front desk/

The hotel itself was fine. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed was excellent. We went to bed at 10:00 PM and were kept awake until after 2:00 AM by people on the second floor, just above us. It sounded as if a cage full of large monkeys had been let loose above...jumping, banging, running, etc. It continued for hours. We had an early event the next morning...our daughter's college graduation. We were exhausted. The better value would have been to sleep in our car in an anonymous parking lot.

We enjoyed the ease of our stay, the accessibility of the hotel to the highway, the access to a kitchen and the friendly staff. Nothing fancy, but perfect for our needs and pet friendly.

Staff were nice and helpful, was great room with kitchen and was comfy if your planning to be inside chillin out most of your stay, there tv channels are awful I saw the film Apollo 18 on tv 9 times in 6 days bring laptop with ya,. Enjoy

I have stayed at worse places for more money!!! Amazing....like your own studio apartment....very comfortable almost feels like home!!!

I was in town while my sister was having spinal surgery at a nearby hospital. I needed a place close to the hospital, reasonably priced, clean and friendly. How fortunate I was to receive all of the above. The staff, especially [...]at the desk, were all amazingly helpful and friendly. Should I ever be in the Rochester area again, I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: I look for a clean, affordable place to stay, and this fit the bill. Pros: Clean. The clerks were pleasant and responsive. Good bed. We didn't need it, but the kitchenette area would be useful for a longer stay. It's back in what appears to be a quiet area. We heard no noise from other guests (either great sound insulation or quiet guests) Cons: it showed wear in places (carpet, chipped woodwork), and if you're fussy, you may not be happy. The room was designated non-smoking, but it appeared to have been a smoking room in the past that wasn't completely deodorized (to be fair, it definitely wasn't recent smoke). Wireless access costs 4.99. Misc: No restaurant in hotel, and I don't think is one in walking distance. However, there are options on the main street in the vicinity. The sign is small, and it's way back along an access road past other hotels.

Very nice room but the smell of cigaretts was over powering. I had to buy air freshner to counteract the smell.
