The staff members were very nice. They gave me an extra quilt to use as it was cold in the room. The person outside keeping the parking lot clear did an excellent job. He even put salt around my car so that I could get in safely and not slip on the ice.

Great to drive 5 hours and be able to stop half way too our destination.

Best value for money. Clean, staff great, In fact I enjoyed it so much I extended my stay!

Everything was fine! The hotel was well located and the staff was very nice!

the staff at the front desk was waring a shirt with a big stain on it and not looking to clean. the room was ok but the bed was very hard. we got the suite for the hot tub that we could not use because it was pumping some kind of black stuff in to the water even after three times of filling and running and empting and repeating in hopes of cleaning it out. when i booked the hotel i downloaded the app and was supposed to save 25 dollars off that didnt happen. i was very unhappy with the whole thing.

I just stayed a bit at this hotel but experience was very good. The receptionist was very nice and the room very clean. There was all we need in the room and so this hotel is a good deal for few days at Austin MN.

It was a room. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked. Plus a 10% off coupon for Perkins next door.

We came to Austin MN. to check out a local college for my son. It was a good, clean hotel for the money. Staff was friendly. We will be back when we visit my son next fall!!

Motel room doors were nosey. Tub was too narrow and difficult to get out of. Night clerk wasn't very friendly.

Small hotel with 2 floors, about 50? rooms. Night 1 people slamming doors every few minutes, within easy hearing distance of the front desk. Night 2 none of the keys worked (both rooms), had to go back and get them re-done. The cleaning people emptied the trash and made the bed. They did not bring new water cups, shampoo or soap. In one room, they took the towels that were left on the floor and did not leave fresh ones. The price was not bad, but don't expect much.

Would not book at Days Inn again

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Needless to say, the price was cheaper on Orbitz than by calling. The in and out process was quick. Its conveniently located just off I-90. Nothing much to complain.
