We had a last minute need for a hotel. This hotel was a perfect location for us with anything that we needed close by. Morning breakfast was just right. Everyone was friendly, which made our stay pleasant.

Nice location, pleasant staff. Rooms small, but clean. Breakfast was plentiful & coffee decent!

Great location to downtown, restaurants, other attractions. Good breakfast selections, free fresh baked cookies and brewed coffee available all day. Good deal for a clean, good amenities, place to stay

Stopped in to this hotel after a snow storm blocked us from making it home. Staff were great and the hotel was a very peaceful departure from the atrocious roads and weather we had dealt with all day. With most restaurants closed due to the weather, they arranged dinner options for us and provided my 4 year old numerous activities to keep him busy. Overall great place to stay in the Rochester area!

I give this hotel a 3.5 out of 5 the only thing I have complaints about was the cleanliness of the room the bed spread, the top sheet, and the pillows were very wrinkled like they had used the same linen from the previous guest. The bedspread and top sheet had stains on it and the rug also had a few stains.

Clean, friendly staff, nice room, comfortable bed, refrig, desk, nice included breakfast with a lot of selections. This is a good value for the money. 1-2 minute walk to two restaurants. Will stay again if in the area.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the amenities were great.

reasonable price, friendly staff, helpful. Big continental breakfast. Comfortable beds.

Pool was very dirty and so was the hot tub. There was no towels in the pool area. The chlorine smell was overwhelming!! The room was decent and the breakfast buffet the next morning was great!!

Service staff were friendly and helpful, focusing on me (there, live in the flesh) rather than someone who called on the phone. Room was clean and well-appointed. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best of the "free with your stay" kind I've seen complete with scrambled eggs and sausage. Very convenient location for visit to the University of Rochester.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. Each time I have been treated kindly by staff. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious and usually clean. The particular room we stayed in this time had a great deal of stains on the carpet, and was a bit of a turnoff. Still love this hotel for the staff and great amenities.

Pool is great and late night staff were tremendous. The hotel is in need of some upgrades.

We walked to a TGI Friday's for dinner. Went to our room and enjoyed a movie. Enjoyed a nice layout at the morning buffet. Very nicely done, we'll stay there next trip as well.

My wife accompianied me to Rochester for my continuing ed and business meetings. The hotel was fine ... clean and a fairly nice breakfast. But I chose this hotel, in part, because of the hot tub; with visions of soaking with my lovely wife after long days in hard classroom chairs and evening meetings ... The blasted thing was out of commission ALL WEEK!. I asked at the desk each day only to be promised that it would be fixed that day. Upon checkout, when I complained a bit, there was only a shoulder shrug ... no sense of even an apology. Come on folks, a little empathy would kill you ... or an apology?

This was a business trip for myself, and a sightseeing trip for my husband and son who accompanied me.

We were pleased with our room overall. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The sink and mirror were located just inside the entry door. The toilet and shower were in a separate room. At first it seemed like a good plan, but we found it to be an awkward design. And the shower room was as basic as can be. Very stark. We arrived late at night and didn't get to check out the pool or other amenities. The breakfast was the standard fare plus some hot foods. All fine but very processed. There wasn't enough seating for everyone, but that might have been a timing issue.

Good staff, good/clean rooms and good breakfast. Walls are a little thin, but not too bad. I would stay there again for the value.

The hotel was easy to get to and minutes from NYSSMA locations

Liked the room - clean, modern-feeling amenities, everything worked well, no funny smells or anything, high thread-count sheets on comfortable bed. No complaints and good price. Would have a preference for this hotel over several alternatives in the area previously used.

We stayed twice in this hotel at the beginning and end of our trip. The property is conveniently located to the airport (5-8 min with hotel shuttle). On the last stay we arrived early (noon) and were quickly accomodated. Very good service.
