Apartment with Pool near Roccatederighi in Tuscan Maremma

San Giusto is located in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. It consists of an ancient farmhouse of 1928 completely renovated, but maintaining the characteristics of the ancient stone structures.
The villa consists of two apartments each of about 75 meters completely independent and equipped with all comforts. San Giusto offers its guests a large garden with tables, chairs and a barbecue with a wood oven. Those staying at the farmhouse have access to a large swimming pool of 5m x 10m, Jacuzzi, sunbeds, gazebos and umbrellas for moments of sun and relaxation.
The entire structure is entrusted to the family management of Rosy, which is available to guests for questions and directions on the wonderful Maremma territory.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Limited housekeeping is available.

Very nice cottage in beautiful area

Nice and clean house in beautiful surroundings. A little bit remote, as the nearest village is 3 km away. The villages of Montemassi , Roccatederighi and Tatti are absolutely worthwhile a visit. They also have very good restaurants. The pool is big and there are plenty of chairs and beds. The sympathic owner is very helpful.

Das Haus war genauso wie in der Beschreibung,wir hatten Glück daß die obere Wohnung nicht vermietet war,so daß wir den Garten,der fast ein Park ist,und den Pool für uns alleine hatten.Die Vermieter waren selber im Urlaub aber die Reizende Mutter hat sich um alles gekümmert und telefonisch war die Vermieterin immer zu erreichen,sie hat uns auch tolle Reiseziele und Restaurants in der Nähe empfohlen,das Restaurant in dem Ort Tati sollte jeder mal besucht haben Top.Das Haus liegt direkt an einer Straße ,was uns nicht gestört hat,wenn man allerdings empfindlich ist sollte man das beachten.Ansonsten Natur pur.wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Un séjour authentique

Accueil très chaleureux de la part de la mère de Rosy, le jardin est très agréable et ombragé avec plusieurs lieux pour s’installer si bien que les deux familles ne se gênent pas tout en pouvant partager des lieux de convivialité, la piscine est grande, très propre et très belle. Nous avions la partie rez de chaussée de la maison: grande, bien équipée, climatisée dans toutes les pièces. Rien à redire. Les photos sont en deça de la réalité. Seul bémol: la propriété est près de la route, on entend les voitures passer mais le cadre fait oublier ceci. Restaurant à Montemassi très sympa, prix très abordables et magnifique terrasse sur la vallée. Aucun problème pour rayonner et visiter la region. A recommander.

Entspannte Tage in der Maremma

Ruhiges, geräumiges und landestypisch renoviertes Ferienhaus mit sehr schönem Pool. Das Ferienhaus war unserer Ausgangspunkt für sehr schöne Rennradtouren durch die Toscana…und nach der Tour entspannen im und am Großen und sauberen Pool. Uns hat es gefallen….
