The properly is very old and outdated. I think it being renovated. No restaurant. Leak in bathroom over toilet.

The property was not well maintained outside and had to have maintenance come to look at the A/c and they never did get it fixed. We had to check out early after only one night due to this and the Hotel nor Orbitz would not refund any of the stay!!! Will not be using Orbitz or staying at this hotel ever again.

The orient is aged to the point where it’s beyond repair. Elevator was out for hours on day 2 forcing seniors to struggle up the moldy and musty stairwell .

The hotel and rooms were pretty decent and clean, not nearly as bad as many other reviews said. The "old part" of the hotel was pretty weather beaten and felt dated, but thats where you get the beachfront rooms so the trade off is worth it. Overall, the hotel was fine, but fell short in several areas. The restaurant and inside bar dont seem to be open. The restaurant is only used for the breakfast buffet, which cost $14 and is the same as the feee

Only good thing about this hotel was location. Room was not clean. Toilet was not cleaned, not enough towels and amenities. Smelly pillows. Parking was ver hard to find.

I would recommend this place for the location and beach, it's a trade off, service not very good and rooms need updating but the location is amazing

Absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed at. Room smelled like smoke, vomit in the toilet, broken pool light with no signage for the kids playing around the area, mold and mildew smell, housekeeping just walked into my room to see if I checked out when I was there another night, housekeeping only made 1 bed up, fire alarms going off the last day I was there. Office staff extremely rude and not helpful and refusing to help except send housekeeping again. Obviously they don’t clean toilets and make 1 bed!

The property itself is outdated. The staff is super friendly. The check in process was a little slow, but I didn’t mind since they allowed my to check in an hour early without fuss. The toilet in our room didn’t work and they couldn’t send anyone out until the next morning so that was a tad annoying. There’s plenty to do on the property which is nice just in case the weather is bad. The room and bathroom were clean. Overall I’d stay again.

The location is great. The overall cleanliness of the property is terrible. Visible dirt all around the hotel room and bugs in the bathroom!
