On a 20,000 flight mile road trip I stayed here for the night. The bed was comfortable and staff professional. The room was quiet and spacious enough for my needs. The breakfast was the standard for a category 2 property located near interstate 55
The staff here were friendly. Genuinely nice. And as picky as I am about a clean hotel, finding a two bedroom hotel four our brood isn’t so easy. It wasn’t dumpy, just some cleaning to be desired. The faucets all needed a few cleaning, the bathroom floors near the tub base were grimy, they shower head base covers were both loose and or completely out of place, and the cabinet fronts to the bathroom needed a good wipe down and shine. The carpets though I hate carpet seemed clean, the kitchen spotless. The beds were comfy and the space was pretty up to date as far as style. The pool was a little milky so we didn’t actually get in though the space was nice. The complimentary breakfast consisted mostly of starches which isn’t good for some restricted diets. Not impressed overall, but not disgusted either. The staff though really made up for anything I felt was sub par. I would honestly stay here again, none of my gripes were overall deal breakers.
Disappointed. The desk clerk made me uncomfortable and suspicious. He demanded to swipe my Marriott VISA credit card even after I told him it was on file. The room reeked of sour moisture, large pieces of carpet were ripped off and missing and the closets could not be used because the sliding doors were off their tracks and just propped up against the frames. Baseboard tiles were missing in the bathroom. Compared to the Hilton Homewood Suites this place is cheap and not maintained. Marriott should be embarrassed. Needless to say I would not recommend this hotel.
This was an excellent stay everyone at this hotel was lovely and made us feel really at home. We could not have asked for a more great places to stay. And we would like to thank the front desk agent Debora she was very professional and Pleasant. The whole front desk staff did an excellent job checking us in and out. Housekeeping get 5 stars. The social hour was super. Our family will definitely be back here. Thanks We recommend your hotel to all our families and bring
I really enjoyed my experience with Debra and Gary. Debra let me call her as many times as I need to make sure I had everything that I needed and quickly! Gary was very expedient in bringing requested items to my room!
Nice location and close to everything and right of the interstate. Clean and nice rooms; rotating breakfast items and everything was good. My only complaint... We booked a 2-bedroom unit with king size bed and a queen size bed; and they put us in a 2-bedroom unit with two queen size beds. I spoke to the front desk and they told me they would talk to the manger and see about doing an adjustment on our room rate. The next morning when we checked out, no rate adjustment and they said they would have the manager call me. She called and the phone call went to voicemail so I called her back that afternoon and received her voicemail. I have left two messages for her and no reply which means so adjustment on my room rate.
Great Location just a few miles from the busy Memphis Airport, Great customer service and lot's of food around hotel area, outside pool very clean, room also very clean and up to date. The social hour in the evening's is very nice with food and drink's. Will stop again when traveling thru the area.
Recently stayed here over the weekend, we arrived very late but the Night Auditor Tommie was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay! Great customer service! But the day shift employees wasn’t as friendly but overall would love to return to this location.
This hotel is in a decent location south of Memphis with a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. The lobby area has definitely been modernized, but the room we stayed in (2 BR suite) had not been updated. The room upon entry smelled a bit as older hotel rooms do, and the A/C had about a 2 to 4 degree variance, but it was extremely hot at the time of our stay. They did not clean our room one night and I called the front desk to ask for some extra towels, which they promptly delivered with apologies, but then I asked if they could comp me some extra points and she said "I will see what I can do." That wasn't the response I was looking for especially when they advertise bypassing the cleaning for points right in the room. The pool area was clean, and the evening social had good food and beverage choices. Might stay again??
My family of 5 stayed in a 2 bedroom suite here for one night on our way back from the gulf coast. Front desk staff was super nice, the room was great, the pool was clean and nice! And this hotel is in a really nice area. We really enjoyed everything about our stay and will definitely consider it again if we are back in the area!
