Booked a pet friendly room and then was charged additional fees once I checked out. Why would I book a pet friendly room and not bring a pet? Was told there was an additional charge for pets once I checked out. Plus there were stacks ( like 8 to 10) of old mattresses outside our room along the curb. Not a very attractive look for someone staying at your facility. My biggest disappointment was being charged for my pet twice. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because it was pet friendly. According to the desk clerk the hotel has no way to communicate with the orbitz online booking. So, how is it my fault that the additional pet fees are not covered when the orbitz booking takes place. Very frustrating and disappointing...
The beds were decent. The walls were dirty, one looked like a drink had splashed on it. There was something that looked like booger’s on the door jam by the bathroom. Basically, I think they sweep and maybe mop the rooms and call it good. The desk staff did there job but weren’t overly friendly. Breakfast was basic. The walls are paper thin and we were woke up several times by loud guests or car alarms. We only had to stay the night here so we dealt with it but I don’t recommend a longer stay.

Rules are rules. Pet fees are not free and the rules are also listed on the orbitz.com, but if you think we charged you extra then we do apologize for inconvenience. Thanks
